About this space
Back to the 90s! Embrace the nostalgia of the 90s while enjoying modern amenities in this throwback townhouse! Outstanding location, easily walkable (0.4mile)to lots of great Park Circle restaurants and bars! 10 minutes to Charleston International Airport and 15 minutes to downtown Charleston!
The space
** What people love! **

We have tried to think of everything you will need to relax while you’re on vacation. Here’s what people say they love most about this home:

• Awesome location walkable to neighborhood bars and restaurants!
• New furnishings throughout including memory foam mattresses in both bedrooms
• Smart Roku TV in the living room!
• Quiet, fully fenced backyard
• Both bedrooms have a FULL bath attached!

The living room features a Roku smart TV ready to sign into your favorite streaming apps! The master bedroom has a super comfy memory foam KING bed and USB ports in both bedside lamps to charge all of your devices and a huge walk in closet for plenty of storage. The secondary bedroom also has a great memory foam queen mattress, charging ports and large closet! Both bedrooms feature their own independent attached FULL bath! If needed the living room sofa can be pulled out for an additional queen bed! In the bathrooms we supply extra plush towels and luxury Gilchrist & Soames brand soap, shampoo, conditioner and lotion to get you started. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook your favorite meals and we also supply a Keurig coffee maker and a few assorted pods! The dining table combined with the free high speed WIFI make working from home a breeze! Heading into the fully fenced back yard there is another table and chairs with string lights hung overhead to enjoy the low country nights! It is a safe and easy walk, less than half a mile to great neighborhood bars and restaurants such as the Tattooed Moose, DIG in the Park, Commonhouse Aleworks, LOLAs seafood and many more!

Guest have full access to the home and yard except for the owners closet in living room and exterior storage closet in back yard,
Other things to note
Park Circle is a fun, eclectic and bustling neighborhood. The home is near a train crossing so you WILL hear it from time to time. Airplanes can also be heard sometimes since Charleston Airport is very close.

Please note the fireplace is not available for guest use.

Please note there are security cameras around the exterior of the building.

This home was perfect for what we needed. Clean, comfortable, and well kept. We did hear the train, as was described in the listing, so if you’re a light sleeper, I’d suggest earplugs, but it was minor, and didn’t impact our stay at all. Host was great, responsive and we’d definitely stay again if we come back.

Loved the park circle area! Walking distance to great restaurants and live music. Appreciate all the towels in the unit, kitchen utensils/bakeware/savers were not great or non-existent. Not a show stopper, but be prepared if you cook.

Love the 90s theme. House was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Close to downtown which was great. Bathroom was very smallThere was a train nearby each night that was pretty loud disturb my sleep.

Family Weekend

Our family was in town to visit our son stationed close by. The location of this house was perfect, we were minutes from the base, the beach, downtown Charleston. The home offered basic amenities for a family of 5. We really enjoyed our stay.

Dream trip to Charleston

We loved the theme decoration of the property. Everything was clean and comfortable, and our host, Gus, was terrific. The location was great, and Gus' recommendation for the best seafood was spot on. (Bowen...we'll be back!) I've been dreaming of visiting Charleston for years, and this stay fit the bill perfectly. I would recommend any property hosted by Gus.

I would NOT stay there again. Train track was across the street & trains blasted horns several times during night, waking everyone up. Beds vibrated like there was an earthquake. No one in our party got much sleep so it was not restful. Only people who could stay there would have to be deaf.
