Enjoy your privacy in this cozy modern, open floor plan, 2 bed/bath retreat with private study including double pocket doors, front porch, screened patio with adjacent lawn and gas grill. Minutes from Vero Beach's downtown nightlife, shopping, botanical gardens, and sandy beaches. Great spot for evening strolls, game nights/movies on large flat screen smart TV's (x3 all Roku streaming), cookouts and play in back lawn area. Master bedroom with king bed, large walk-in closet, full bath with new marble vanity, built-in ironing center, and large screen TV/Roku. Second bedroom with queen bed and two closets. Second full bath with new marble vanity. Study with desk, seating, and large flat screen smart TV/Roku. Well appointed kitchen with bar and stools, all modern appliances, stone countertops, and adjacent dining table. Wine/liquor cabinet to store all your cocktail needs with LG frig making your craft ice/filtered water. Most of home with vaulted ceilings for that airy feel. Living room with plenty of seating, and large screen smart TV/Roku, slider doors to back patio. Large front porch for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Home away from Home

This property is a newly decorated, very clean, homey, comfortable convenient place to stay. It has a lot of amenities like beach towels and outdoor screened porch and outside grill. It has friendly neighbors and a nice neighborhood to walk in. Our host Laura was really pleasant to work with and quick to respond to our calls. We would definitely stay there again.

We are originally from TX and Indiana, but have enjoyed living in various parts of the country. Vero Beach is our favorite because of the beautiful beaches and incredible weather. We loved our home there and decided to renovate it for VRBO guests as well as spend our down time there. We love the neighborhood and the small town feel of Vero . We are also loving that old downtown Vero (14th Ave. district) has become quite the night spot for restaurants w/ great outdoor dining, socializing, and street festival events.

I chose this neighborhood because it was centrally located just a few minutes from the beach, shopping, cultural district, and downtown buzzing restaurant district. It has beautiful trees, lovely neighbors, and is great for evening strolls.
