Beautiful new home located on Cape Split in South Addison on 20 acres of pine forest. Walking distance from sandy and rocky beach access. A dreamy retreat and great place to gather with family to get away from it all. Have a taste of the beautiful Maine coast without the crowds of Mount Desert. Fresh Lobster nearby. 20 minutes to nearest grocery store. Newly constructed, with some details still in progress. The fresh air of the ocean forest awaits!

*Please note that due to the remote nature of the location, access to cell and wifi can be spotty. * We have a cellular extender and unlimited hotspot-3 bars with AT&t on the top floor. AT&t and US Cellular are the best providers in the area. Starlink In place with high-speed internet. Don't come for the internet, come to get away from it all and embrace nature!
