Welcome to Winter Haven Road. Enjoy your time in Sunny Florida in our 3 bedroom pool home. Great location and easy access from Fort Myers Airport. Close to Miromar Outlet Mall, FGCU, Golf Courses, Gulf Coast Town Center, Hertz Arena, Easy drive to Ft. Myers Beach and many Restaurant. Fenced in private back yard and great lanai with pool (heated for an additional fee)

Great property

Pretty house quiet neighborhood we had a funeral to go to so we had no real time to check out the city and the beach but would love to stay at this property again to hit the beach

Awesome Place

We had a blast at the home and visited for our son’s college graduation. Tom and Jamie are so accommodating and we can’t wait to come and stay again. The rooms were very clean and spacious. The pool was amazing and we can’t say enough about the place. It definitely is a great place to stay. It does not disappoint. Thanks again for your accommodations.

Lovely place

The location was perfect for our stay. The property was as described and well stocked. We had everything we needed for our extended weekend trip. Quiet neighborhood! Will definitely stay again when in the area.

Wonderful Hospitality

We felt very welcomed and comfortable during our stay. The house was very specious and a wonderful price for its value. The back patio with the pool was beautiful! There was lots of seating provided and all amenities to make a good stay. I would definitely come back and recommend to future guests!

Great place for our destination baseball tourney

House was in great condition and the 3 of us felt right at home. The pool out back is perfect for getting back from long days on the ballfield. Beds were very comfortable. The kitchen had all new appliances which we really enjoyed. Would definitely book again.

Great Trip

We had a great stay at this property, and it was exactly what we needed. We were attending an event at FGCU, and we were just a few minutes from campus. The house was well appointed, and the pool was great for our family. Communication with the hosts was quick and very helpful, and we will stay again if we have a trip to the area.

Perfect Getaway

The house was the perfect getaway. We were in town for a child's sporting camp. The pool was perfect for relaxing sfter a dayon a court. Conveniently located to shopping, food and beaches. Something for everyone. The property managers were excellent in responding to any questions. Will definitely come back if we are in the area!
