Super cozy, modern ranch home located just 2 blocks from beautiful Tawas Bay and a short 5-minute walk (or 1-minute drive) to downtown’s restaurants, shops, movie theater, and the local coffee shop.

This is the perfect landing spot for a Northern Michigan winter escape. With 94 miles of snowmobile trails in East Tawas and another 267 miles in the Huron National Forest, adventure is always close by.

The Corsair Trail System: One of Michigan’s largest and sought after groomed networks for cross-country skiing, winter hiking, and snowshoeing, 15 minutes away, offering peaceful loops through red pines and along Silver Creek. Whether you love full-day snowy treks or quick morning outings, winter beauty surrounds you here.

Inside, the home is designed for relaxation and comfort on cold winter nights, inclusive of an electric fireplace in the living room.

• Primary bedroom: Serta pillow-top mattress, room-darkening blind, Roku TV, and radiant heated tile floors.
• Second bedroom: Full-size luxury memory foam mattress, room-darkening blinds, and 32" smart TV.

Cozy Place for a Getaway

My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this home. All newly renovated with two bathrooms. Enjoyed taking walks in the neighborhood and around town. Would not hesitate to rebook here. Had a few light bulbs out and couldn't find any replacements. Coffee pot did not work but Keurig pod side was fine. Floor is cold at night. A few extra area rugs in master would be nice with an extra thicker comforter. Love the Himalayan salt lamp in master bedroom for a nice, relaxed vibe. Nice back yard area. Slight trip hazard from kitchen to hallway. We were very pleased with rental.

Girls Trip - East Tawas!

This is my second time staying here and I hope to continue to stay here time and time again! We had the best girls weekend and everyone loved the home! It's conveniently located for a nice walk downtown and to our friends family cottages! I highly recommend staying here, you won't regret it!

Comfy and great location!

This house was so comfy and cozy, especially compared to the hotel my friends were at. The owner really thought of everything. It's in a great location near the beach and near downtown. We'd definitely stay again!

Girl’s weekend

A nice updated home 8 blocks to shopping and restaurants. Close distance to a beautiful park and Lake Huron. We loved the secluded back yard where we sat outside and enjoyed catching up. The home is well stocked with anything you need. The bonus was each of us had our own bed. The main bathroom has a deep tub that is challenging to get into without any grab bars, but it was a good shower. The smaller bathroom has a walk-in shower with a rain shower head that was awesome. We would stay there again.
