Nestled along the northwestern cove of Lewis Cove, sits a beautiful five-bedroom, four-bathroom ocean front retreat. Outfitted with new furniture both inside and out, you will relax to the sounds of ocean waves and lobster boats.
Enjoy access to Boothbay`s hidden sandy private beach only available to a limited number of guests renting from within the Sprucewold community.
When entering the property, you’ll walk down two flights of steps that leads to an open concept living and dining room facing straight out at the bay. Entertain on the first-floor deck fully equipped with an outdoor table, propane grill and breathtaking views!

The house was really amazing. We had a great stay! The only issue was that the cleaner showed up a little after 9am and told us we were supposed to be checked out already. All the information we were sent stated checkout was 10:00.

An Idyllic Maine Stay

Oasis was a beautiful property to stay at for my family and my sisters family. We all had our own bedrooms and plenty of bathrooms. The views were breathtaking from any angle in the house. We would stay at any property managed by Sally and Lindsey because they are professionals, easy to reach, and I would trust I was getting the best for my money. A great trip!

This home is in top notch condition. The flow of the space and the contemporary nature of the furnishings make for a cozy, comfortable place with a spectacular view. Our adult kids swam off the dock. You can walk a short distance for steamed lobsters made to order, listen to live music, walk into BBH for coffee, shopping and all sorts of dining options.

Awesome house in Boothbay Harbor

Gorgeous views over the bay, close to town, spacious home with game room on the bottom floor. Beautiful dock on the bay as well.Property managers were *very* responsive. We had one minor item which they addressed immediately after we notified them. Could not ask for better hosts.Next time we return to BBH we will definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay and found this beautiful home perfect for our needs. Communication was excellent with owners. We were able to enjoy all the comforts and amenities of the well appointed home and the convenience of walking to Boothbay harbor. The best feature is the expansive dock and the gorgeous view of the water from the double decks.
