Living & Dining
The open-plan living space flows effortlessly between the gourmet kitchen, dining area, and lounge. Sliding doors disappear into the walls, creating a seamless connection to the lanai and garden. Inside, two distinct seating areas invite movie nights on the flatscreen HDTV or conversation around the island bar. A queen memory foam sofa sleeper extends sleeping capacity to six.

Designed by Roy Yamaguchi, the kitchen features granite counters, top-grade appliances, and a wine fridge. With cookware and essentials provided, it’s equally suited to morning coffee, quick island-style lunches, or a chef-inspired dinner.

Easy to rent. Great value. Located adjacent to Disney, Marriott and Four Seasons. Same beach same amenities for fraction of the price.

We enjoyed stay at Beach Villas resort!

Our family of four stayed ion this property for 8 days, and we loved it. Overall all rooms were very spacious, well maintained, great kitchen and beautiful outdoor area where we could enjoy our coffe drinks in the morning and glass of wine in the evening. Resort is very well maintained, clean and relaxing. Our teenage girls loved booth pools, jacuzzi and quiet pool area to get really nice and relaxed atmosphere by laying down on sunbathing lounging chairs in the water! We really loved this resort, it looks much better real, than in the pictures.

Ideal for Family of 4

We will definitely be back. The unit was ideal for our family of 4 particularly with the lawn for the kids to run around on and visit with the local birds and wildlife. The pool and lagoon kept everyone cool and busy, and the nearby shopping center made runs for supplies or meals super quick.

Beautiful and Peaceful

We loved our stay at this condo. It was so nice to be on the ground floor and walk right out of the sliding doors. The garden was lovely and felt so private. The home was well-equipped and comfortable. The lagoon was not crowded and an easy walk. Parking was a bit tight with the big suv we rented. The area is very nice. The store down the street was well stocked. We would highly recommend this condo.

Great time at Ko Olina

The property was clean and matched the photos. It is located near the entrance so coming an going was very convenient. No stairs anywhere between the condo, pool, and beach; great for a stroller. The pools were perfect for our family. The bar area only serves people staying there. It has hot dogs and little pizzas which were perfect little snacks for our kids. One area of improvement is that it would be nice if the kitchen was stocked a bit more with very basic goods like salt, pepper, tin foil, plastic wrap, cooking oil, etc. Also a non-stick pan for eggs.

Amazing Location

This unit was perfect for a multi-generational family with grandma, a teen and two small children. It is conveniently located on the first floor by exits, elevators, and entrances to the pool and beach. We had a wonderful time. The furniture was a bit worn and outdated but you can see that from the photos and previous reviews. It is my understanding the unit has changed owners so maybe the new owners will update the furnishings. That didn't hinder us from enjoying the condo. It felt like a second home.

Aloha Perfection

We stayed 6 nights in Ko Olina after spending 4 nights in Waikiki… it was glorious! Waikiki was a bustling and busy scene. Great for settling into the jet lag but was so glad to have the gorgeous location and amenities at the Beach Villas as our end of trip escape. We attended the Paradise Cove luau which we were able to walk to since it is just down the street. Morning walks to the shopping area for coffee and other provisions was great. The ABC mart has the best malasada mochi and worth it. They put the poke bar out around 8am and there is always a line so it must be good. The sunsets can’t be beat and the beach access was SO easy to the unit. Beyond thrilled with this particular unit. We’ll be back.

Great location and condo, but missing some key essentials

Condo was gorgeous and so was the resort. Great place for family to enjoy time together. Some missing or dissapointing items: -Pots and pans/bowls (not many in the condo or they are old and just burn -Washer and dryer do not work well with more than a few items in them. Dryer will only partial dry clothes because the dry sensor believes the clothes are dry. -Mattresses seems old and need to be replaced Overall very enjoyable and the items listed above would be nitpicking. I would definitely stay on the resort again and on the first floor where we were, we had an amazing lanai for our kids to hang out and run around.

Run down interior

We were very disappointed with the villa. The furniture is dirty (stained sofa and pillows); the chair cushions are torn and very thin...so uncomfortable. The dining table chairs don't have cushions, therefore they are extremely hard. I could go on about the other furniture as well, but point is the villa needs serious updating on the furnishings.

Great location, fun for the whole family

This property is beautiful and the condo is impressive. We loved the way the doors and windows fully opened to the outside, and our little ones enjoyed playing on the grass just outside our unit. The kiddie pool is perfect for toddlers - the water is shallow and the gravel/sand cushions any falls. The beach is only a few steps more, and it is also ideal for small children. The kitchen is well stocked and we ate half our meals there. For the other half we loved Vintage Island Coffee, Monkeypod, and Aulani - all a short walk away. On the downside, because we were on the ground floor, little bugs liked to crawl in frequently, so if that bothers you, choose a unit on a higher level. Also, it seems like it might be time to replace the mattresses in this unit. But overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming again!

Family Vacation

I want to preface my comment that you would likely get the same experience with any of the places around Ko Olina. The beaches were amazing, no waves for boogie boarding but the boys enjoyed the tiny fish while snorkeling at the cove. This was our first trip to hawaii of many, to never see a turtle while we were here. :( This place was clean and nice but small (not even enough room for two suitcases in each room) and we found the beds and furniture uncomfortable. To some degree I understand, it gets a lot of wear and tear. No issues with anything per se but take note Ko Olina is in the flight path so huge airplanes are flying over head every 4 mins or so which isn’t amazing when you are trying to relax (goes all day and into the night). Also, when you are in the living room area at night and early morning there are constant head lights aging in the doors which is annoying. Being on the first floor was nice and being able to walk right out was great. Couldn’t see the ocean unless standing outside. Can’t see the water while sitting at the table outside. It was a bummer no kids were allowed in both pools - we didn’t realize that ahead of time. This place doesn’t have amenities like a koi pond or snorkel rental and none of the neighboring resorts will allow anyone off property to use those things. Traffic is the same as LA but again, no fault of this place but the reality of coming here. We had a great time overall but won’t be back. The other islands are more our pace.

Beautiful Resort!

We have stayed at several resorts on Oahu in the past, because our children live there. We finally found the resort we will be returning to and that is the Beach Villas in Ko Olina. Our property representative, Pam, greeted us and gave a wonderful tour of the property and our unit. She was delightful! We had 3 issues with the unit and 2 were corrected almost immediately. The thermostat froze and turned red. Then, the cable box in the master did not work. We reported both in the late evening and Jeb was on it ASAP in the morning. We did have an ice maker issue but it was our fault for not reporting that it was overheating. We actually thought we might have accidentally left the freezer a jar and that was why the ice melted. Unfortunately, we were leaving the next morning and it was too late to be fixed. I am sure the Ola team would have been on it immediately if we had reported it sooner. With that all said, it is an outstanding property and location. We will be back at Christmas! The best resort around and the units are 4 times larger than the Aulani and the Marriott!

Great property

Beautiful condo with a full kitchen. The best part are the doors that completely open onto the lanai. Pools, grounds and beach were very accessible. The BBQs were a nice option- always busy but people were very respectable.

The condo was clean, updated and the Lanai was the show stopper. Very convenient location to the pools, bar and lagoon. I will rent this place again!
