Our stay was wonderful! This was our third stay at the Beach Villas and you just can’t beat the views and proximity to the water. Overall, everything was lovely about our visit, however, compared to previous stays in different units, this one seemed slightly outdated. Thanks for allowing us to have a great stay!

We enjoyed our return trip to the Ko Olina Beach resort. we will definitely be returning again. Could not keep the kids and teens out of the pool!

Our Hawaii Vacay

We had the most memorable trip and part of that was made by the beautiful property. Condo was clean and spacious, perfect for our family of 4 plus my mom and husband’s mom. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Pam took great care of us during the check in process. Don’t forget to visit Dave and Michelle at the bar for some killer drinks!

Great location

Location of property can't get any better. Unit could use some updating. Like a kurig coffee maker for example. Second time staying at this property and will be coming back.

Perfect!

Beautiful condo. Everything was great. We loved the lanai and the full length sliding doors. Also the tiki bar, the lagoon, the pools, the fitness center. Hoping to return again! Mahalo.

Beautiful views!

The condo is situated in a great location that overlooks the pool area and ocean view. The unit itself is spacious and great flow for a family. Just not well maintained as I would expect for the cost and type of property. Bed sheets smelled stale, bedroom carpeting is stain and worn throughout and the dryer doesn’t dry, unless you restart at least 3 times. I had read in a previous review and expected it to be repaired but wasn’t. Very noisy too! Also for families renting kitchen not well stocked, no scissors or corkscrew had to go purchase. Lots of great water toys and beach chairs for the entire family. A great property buts needs a bit of TLC

Incredible!!

We took our 5 children (ages 2 - 13) to Hawaii and after weeks of research and debates settled on this property. When we walked into the condo, we were floored! It was the first time I have walked into a rental property and thought, "This is even better than the pictures!" Everything was clean and the space is so much bigger than I had imagined. Everyone had plenty of space and the beds were super comfy! We were thrilled to find everything we needed for the beach and pool right there in the condo. The beach was the most kid friendly we've ever been to, and it is so secluded and quiet that it was the perfect place to relax! That being said, "kid friendly" means "not very big waves" since it's a protected cove. But we spent a day at a different beach with bigger waves and it was just fine. The pool area was great and our kids were out playing all day. Breakfast on the lanai watching the sun come up was a daily occurrence, and with Costco and other stores close by, we stocked the kitchen and enjoyed the gas grills by the pool. I loved that we had a washer and dryer in the unit so we didn't have to pack as many clothes - I was able to do laundry as needed and all the supplies were provided. I wish they had provided us with more trash bags, but that's a VERY minor concern overall! We had a very late flight out of there, so both the rental company and the property managers were very accommodating letting us check out late. The entire property is very safe and protected and we were able to really enjoy our stay because it felt like home. Ko'Olina is a very quiet area, which we LOVED, so we didn't feel like we were in the middle of a tourist trap. This was perfect for our family and I would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting a nice relaxing vacation! I will definitely be booking this property again for our next Hawaii vacation!!

Highly recommend!

The pictures on the website are great but in person it’s Amazing! The location is perfect away from crowds. We had a family of 6 and the villa was very spacious for all. 3 bathrooms were perfect, villa is equipped w/everything from beach chairs, boogie board, volleyball, etc. Outside of the balcony is a beautiful view of the pool and walking distance to the beach. They gave us 2 parking stalls. Everything was perfect!

Beautiful location, beautiful place to stay

This was such an enjoyable vacation in part because where we stayed. Ola properties made sure that everything was ready for us and they were there to greet us and show us around. Would definitely stay again.

Beach Villa

We loved the property, and definitely would stay there again. Not through VRBO. We had a problem with the washer and dryer. We called service they came and just unplugged it and they said it was fixed. I asked for some other beach towels since we couldn't wash them. They said they would bring some by, but that didn't happen. We called again the next day and no one came the 2nd day. My son is very handy so he opened the drain and found lots of rags that he pulled out that smelled like sewer. I called again the next day and told them it still wasn't working and we needed bath towels. We had been there 5 days with no clean towels. They said they would bring us 6 clean towels. When the lady came she opened the locked linen closet and there weren't any towels. She said the laundry must have run out. Didn't help at all. We had our 2 grandchildren 1 10 months and the other 2 1/2, one of the reasons we stayed there was because it had a washer and dryer. It didn't work whole time we were there. So 7 days no clean towels and no way to wash. All in all we enjoyed the property but management was worthless.

Family Vacation

This property was absolutely perfect for our family vacation. It was clean and modern with plenty of space for the 6 members of our group. There were plenty of activities for everyone. This property was quite and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Spacious with a great view and perfect location.

This property was even better than I imagined. The view was great and the location to the beach lagoon was perfect. We were even traveling with a child in a wheelchair and had great access to the elevator. The beds were comfortable and our family of 6 had plenty of room. The pool is a bit noisy but we didn't mind at all. I highly recommend this property.

Great home away from home

This unit is great. Perfect access to pools, grills and the beach. The lanai is always shaded as well. The furniture has seen better days and the blinds and lamps in the back two bedrooms need repairs...the lamps have a short in the cord so it wouldn’t stay on. Toilet paper holders need to be replaced as well. I would also suggest more coffee cups...4 is not enough. We would definitely stay here again.
