Unfortunately, power outages can occur in Puerto Rico and are outside of our direct control. We are currently working on upgrading our backup power system so that it can provide power to most of the apartment and further minimize the impact of future outages. Regarding the roaches, we sincerely apologize that you encountered them upon arrival. As a property located in a tropical environment, occasional pests can occur despite preventative measures. We have professional pest control performed every quarter as part of our ongoing maintenance and prevention program. We also wish we had been made aware of the issue during your stay. Had you notified us at the time, we would have immediately contacted the property manager to address the situation and arrange for additional cleaning. We appreciate your feedback and will continue to work with our cleaning and pest-control teams to maintain the highest standards for our guests.
