Searenity Villa is located on a quiet hill within one and a half miles to town. The property is gated for maximum privacy with beautiful view of water and surrounding cays. You will enjoy waking up to sunrise and watch a beautiful sunset in the afternoon. Searenity location is catching constant tradewind breeze throughout the house practically all year long. The property offers two suites each with a separate sitting area for an additional guest or an office if you have to work remotely. The covered patio comes with a Weber bbq grill for an evening cookout by the private pool. There are four chaise lounges on the sun deck to relax after a dip in the sparkling salt water pool. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare a meal. An entire house is powered by Generac generator when the grid goes down which happens so often on the island. You still have the comfort without any interruption.

Just Wonderful

Five stars is simply the way to offer a review. Everything about the place was perfect. It was just my girlfriend and me, but this would be the ideal spot for two couples traveling together. The hosts were great and very responsive. The property being gated was very comforting. The Pool, the views, the location, and the house were fantastic. We would certainly stay here again.

The perfect getaway!

Spectacular views, exceptional guest experience, and a great place to unwind at the end of a day exploring the island. From start to finish we were so happy with our stay: clean, accessible, fully furnished for every need. Highly recommended for your St. John getaway!

Very clean and everything you could need!

This home was impeccably clean and felt brand new. It had everything you could possibly need and so well organized. Very impressed with everything especially the pool and view. Owners were extremely accommodating and so nice and available if we needed them. But we had everything we could possibly need. Very spacious home with two separate bedrooms with their own sitting areas too. This is nice because there is only air conditioning in both of the bedrooms. We were glad to have a car rental. The house is a short drive to town. Very comfortable and nice to be in a gated culdesac. We loved venturing into town every evening. So charming. Every day we went to a different beach with Trunk Bay being our favorite. A 4WD rental to get around the island is a must as well as getting up the long driveway to the house. We enjoyed The Beach Bar for the view of Cruz Bay and the live music. Morgan’s Mango is a definite go-to. We also enjoyed Skinny Legs on Coral Bay. If you can take one of the open air taxis any chance you get them do bc parking is not good at all anywhere. We did drive everywhere and were lucky most of the time. When we went to dinner no town last two nights, we went straight to Slim Man’s small lot to pay for parking to make our lives’ easier. It is right by Rum Hut. We enjoyed our vacation and highly recommend this Searenity Villa.

The photos of this place do not do it justice. Check in was a breeze. Speaking of breeze, there is an air conditioning unit in each bedroom, but the rest of the house is just fine with windows open and that cross breeze coming through. The AC cools the bedroom very quickly. Everything appears to be pretty new. CLEAN. The views are amazing and better than I expected. They have water gear available like snorkels, noodles, beach chairs etc. A couple beach bags and some coolers are also on the property for you to borrow. The coolers were clutch! Stop at Dolphins down the road to snag a bag of ice as you head to the water. Minutes to town for cocktails, bites, and groceries. No issues with grilling. Sometimes places are out of gas or lack tools. Perfect steaks for a perfect sunset. Communication with the owners of the property was friendly and smooth. No bug issues on the property. Did I mention CLEAN? This is a great place for two couples to stay. The bedrooms/full bathrooms are on opposite ends of the house. With a separate room from there with TVs, couches, and desk. Then the middle living room, dining room and kitchen for all. Great setup. Was amazing for just my wife and I. We plan on booking this spot again when we return if it’s available!
