Welcome to our 5BR/5BA Berkshire vacation home, just 5 minutes to Stockbridge and 10 minutes to Tanglewood. Enjoy a walk to downtown Lee restaurants and shops from our perfectly located family retreat. With 5 private bathrooms, we offer unmatched comfort and convenience for groups of up to 10 guests.    

Our main-floor queen bedroom and full bath offer great convenience for guests who prefer to minimize stair use once inside the home.  The four bedrooms upstairs each have their own full bath. There is also a wet bar upstairs with a mini-frig, electric kettle, along with tea if you want to stay snuggled up in the morning. 

In the summer, enjoy the backyard, with plenty of seating and a BBQ and firepit. After your BBQ, take a nap in the hammock under the big shade tree.

Great location walkable to downtown Lee, plenty of parking space, and wonderful layout of en-suite accommodations. Newer air conditioning units kept the summer heat away easily!

This was our second stay at Berkshire Manor, and I still stand behind my 2024 review. The property is well-equipped, clean, and features comfortable Queen beds in each room, along with its own bathroom/shower, and air conditioning (essential on some hot summer days). Nice to leave the car and be able to walk a few blocks to the center of Lee. Owners provide helpful local dining and activity ideas and are very responsive. A good experience.

Great stay in the Berkshires

Our family really enjoyed our stay in the Berkshires. The house was terrific and everything was convenient to the location. I would definitely recommend it, especially for large families. It was very nice for everyone to have their own room and bath. We all really liked the quintessential New England look and feel of the property and area.

Fall Foliage Trip

We all loved the location, not far from other towns and able to walk to restaurants and other places. We spent a lot of time sitting on the front porch and we had a chef come in one evening to prepare dinner for our group ! Thank you for the great communication, always got answers to any questions that we had immediately!

Graduate school friend reunion

5 of us who became friends in grad school got together for a reunion. We needed a place with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for each of us to have our own space.The front porch is wonderful and we spent many hours there in the morning and afternoon. The ac units in the rooms worked great and kept the rooms cool in the heat.The front bedrooms get street noise so light sleepers should use the back bedrooms. The kitchen is well equipped and the gas grill worked without an issue.All in all a wonderful stay!

Our family of six stayed at Lee Manor during the Christmas holidays. The house was a lovely older home with modern amenities. It was very well stocked with all the needs of home. The house was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed the back sitting area with the stove heater for watching movies, playing games in the front room, and gathering in the kitchen for snacking. We had great communication with the owners and the Check-in and Check-out process was flawless. It was a magical Christmas for our family!

Perfect getaway

Escape to the serene New England Berkshires with a stay at Lee Manor, located just a short drive from the highway and within walking distance of the charming town of Lee. Surrounded by endless activities and with ample outdoor space and convenient on-site parking, this beautiful home is the perfect retreat. Mary and Leah, the hosts of Lee Manor, are exceptional. Their communication is flawless, with helpful messages filled with local information and recommendations before your arrival. Whenever I need a place to stay in the Berkshires, Lee Manor will be my first choice!

Lovely Berkshires Manor

This is a lovely old house with all the modern conveniences. The house is located within walking distance of the historic heart of Lee MA. If you are looking to experience real New England charm this is the place for you. The house is well appointed and well maintained. All bedrooms have their own bathrooms. There are nice outdoor spaces as well. We especially liked the front porch. The kitchen is well stocked (we cook when we go to the Berkshires). The hosts were very welcoming and helpful. We were especially grateful for their recommendations. While we’ve visited the area several times, they led us to some new things. All in all a great stay.

Great place for our reunion with friends!

Leah was a wonderful host to us. She provided easy-to-follow instructions for getting into the house, offered good suggestions on things to do and where to eat. Although the house was a bit larger than we needed, we chose it because of the location, the generous sized and comfortable looking (from photos) casual spaces, the kitchen and the number of bathrooms so we each had our own. This house did not disappoint! It has lots of New England charm, the beds were comfortable, as were the several couches. One of our favorite things about the house was the front porch. We enjoyed our evening cocktails out there before dinner as well as a place for morning coffee while we planned our day. The kitchen was very well stocked although we didn’t eat anything other than breakfast and snacks at the house. If you are looking for a conveniently located, charming, clean and comfortable home for a family getaway or a long weekend with friends in the Lee/Lenox MA area, this is your place.

Spacious, Convenient & Comfortable Property

After years of staying at B&Bs and inns in Lee & Lenox for our annual Tanglewood weekend, we opted to rent a well-appointed and spacious home in the area. Berkshire Manor fits the criteria with enough bedrooms (one downstairs for those who prefer one level) and even bathrooms for each person as well as a well-equipped kitchen with the added plus of a washer/dryer if you book a longer stay. The owners, Leah and Mary, are very responsive and, as others have stated before, provide recommendations for local restaurants, shopping, and activities. We learned of a new hiking area in Stockbridge and would have liked to take the 5-minute walk into downtown Lee for coffee, meals etc. if staying longer. As with other renters, we enjoyed a light breakfast or drinks on the front porch before heading out to explore the Berkshires. There's ample off-street parking with a helpful motion light to light your way up the steps from the driveway to the house at night. Also helpful are air-conditioners in each bedroom and the living room to cool the house when the weather is hot or humid. All in all, we enjoyed our short stay and look forward to returning.
