We absolutely loved our stay here! This beautiful, brand-new second-floor condo was exceptional from the moment we walked in. Everything was spotless, modern, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed. You can tell the owners put a lot of care into making this a wonderful place to stay.

This is our fourth year in a row staying in one of Tom's rentals and as usual - everything was amazing. Clean, well stocked and super convenient location!

This is property should be on the top of your list when you visit Grand Junction and are looking for a place to stay. The attention to detail of the accommodations and communication was excellent. The location is easy walking distance to main street for their downtown restaurants. We were able to eat downtown both nights we stayed. Tom gave us a recommendation for breakfast that we followed the day we left that was outstanding. I wish we could have stayed longer as we felt spoiled.

The amount of preparation and consideration for his guests is seen in all the little details that Tom has put into stocking, cleaning, decorating and just the relaxing ambiance of this rental. Comfy, cozy and so very conveniently located for our trip.

This was probably one of the best rentals we have ever stayed in. It was cozy and felt like home! I was honestly shocked at how stocked the home is in preparation for guests. Very thoughtful! We will definitely stay here again!

This stay was clean, comfortable, and spacious, with thoughtful amenities, such as chargers for all types of electronics, an office space with desk and chair, and coffee and muffin mix. The location is terrific, right near downtown, and the area is safe and quiet. We had an excellent experience and would happily rent again the next time we're in town.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this property. It is a lovely home. Very clean and comfortable. The host thought of everything. Well stocked with goodies, coffee, tea and even a box of Enstroms toffee. Bathrooms were also stocked with toiletries. Patio was very peaceful and pleasant. I can’t say enough about this home. Tom’s place was immaculate and close to downtown Grand Junction but far enough to be away from any noise. The entire place was stocked with anything that you could think of, including local chocolate and muffins to bake if you wanted. We are planning on rebooking for graduation! A perfect place to stay!

Super convenient, clean and well stocked place that was very easy to navigate fromCheck-in to checkout! Would highly recommend and would stay again. We had 2 adults and one older teenager so the 2 ensuite bathrooms were great!

The location was fantastic (walking distance to downtown) and the house itself was one of the best rentals I have ever seen. Tom really set this place up with everything you might need, and I cannot tell you how refreshing and relaxing it was. Goong to GJ? Rent this place!!!

We had a wonderful time at this guest house! It was beautifully decorated, super clean, extremely comfortable, quiet, and well stocked, and perfectly located. The storage area was an extra convenience to store our bikes and ski gear. Communications with the host were always prompt, friendly, helpful, and responsive. This is where we will stay whenever we return to Grand Junction!
