Older Property in a Great Location

This is a cozy older home within walking distance of downtown Grand Junction. Great location! The owners were very responsive to our concerns. We would stay there again!

Awesome spot and amazing hosts!

We had a wonderful stay this weekend. The host Tara was very communicative, helpful and accommodating. Our stay made the whole trip. Our pup loved the yard and my teenager loved having her own room. This spot has all the amenities and a super short walk to Main Street.

Quick Easter getaway

Wonderful place to stay to visit our family in Grand Junction. The yard was perfect for our dogs. Comfortable seating and beds. Although we don’t have little kids anymore, I noticed thoughtful touches that would make it easier for families to feel at home. Excellent communication with our hosts.

Outstanding Home Away from Home

Beautifly furnished & upgraded appliances! Great fenced back yard for our pet with cozy lani for us to relax. Great location in nice neighborhood close to downtown. Loved it!!

Our stay at Gray Gables

Good. Some things need attention: the oven needed cleaning and the connection to Netflix was unreliable. When we used the oven the CO2 monitor went off unnecessarily. We could not open the drapes for light because it defeated the A/C. Some attention to these annoying details would make staying here in the future much more enjoyable. Otherwise the neighborhood and location are excellent. Communication and service with the host were easy. Grand Junction has much to offer and Gray Gables is a worthwhile alternative to consider.

Texas to Colorado

We really enjoyed our four day stay in Grand junction and the house was was perfect. The location was outstanding near downtown restaurants and pubs. Want to thank Tara for making our trip fantastic!

Perfect location

First time visiting Grand Junction and this was the perfect place to stay, close enough to downtown to walk and far enough away for peace and quiet. Loved the charm of the original features of the house as well. Have to mention the master bed was very comfortable and we slept so well after long days hiking.

Great location, lovely house

This is our second summer spending the weekend at this house and it was great again, super cozy, comfortable house with AC, conveniently located to good restaurants and good coffee. Will stay here again!!

Great place to stay in Grand Junction, CO

Nice house, great fenced in back yard for our dog to explore. The house was a short walk to downtown, clean, comfortable and private. We would definitely stay there again and highly recommend it.

Perfect house and location for our family of four

We had a great time! The house was perfect for us (my wife and I and our two kids; age 9 & 13) and in a great location! We took the train so we were on foot and could walk to lots of fun restaurants, shops, museums, and the botanic gardens. We will definitely stay here again!

Great house and location

I was so thankful to be able to stay in this home. It was in a perfect location for my business travel and I was able to bring my elderly father and dogs with me. The outdoor area was fabulous and a great place to relax after a long day of meetings.

George and Tara Gatseos own Over the Edge Sports in Fruita, have a background in real estate, and help run the Fruita Guide company, Fruita Fat Tire Festival, and Tour of the Vineyards, as well as manage other rental properties. George is an avid mountain bike rider, and Tara’s background is in music, organizing, and teaching. They have been actively involved in the community for many years, Tara having been born and raised here, and George living here for the last 20 years. They LOVE calling Grand Junction home – from the weather and climate, to the size, to the recreational opportunities, they enjoy raising their family in such an ideal place! As avid vacation renters themselves, George and Tara have learned what guests need and want in a vacation rental. They’ve tried to ‘think of everything’ to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
