Sleepy unit with fantastic views in close proximity to the entrance of the Colorado National Monument. The unit is 1/2 of a duplex and sleeps 6 with room for a couple more if needed. Both sides can be rented if a larger group capacity is needed. See listing 2515712 on VRBO. This unit is popular with visitors as it is next door to the Lunch Loops trails and one can access the trails directly from the property. In the sunroom, the views and peaceful landscape make for some great morning coffee. Visitors will be greeted by a covey of wild quail that roam the property. High end bicycle rentals available. Uber/Lyft do operate locally.

Cheaper than a hotel. Trail system right out the back door. Replaced the propane tank for the grill.

We very much enjoyed out stay here. This place is isolated enough, yet close enough to everything in the area. We came to the area to run some jeep trails, and there is plenty of room to park a trailer here.

Great views and close to everything we wanted to do!

Neat little spot with amazing views!!! Tucked off a main road but still felt removed and peaceful, owner was awesome! Had a minor issue when we arrived however problem solved in less than 5 minutes!! Will book this again next time we’re in Grand Junction!

It is just out of town but not to far, perfect!

Our stay was great, nice to sit out in the back yard and relax just wanting to come back do do some hiking and enjoy the scenery!

This house was very accomodating to our 4 person family with dog. Very clean and comfy

We will rent here again next time we come to Grand Junction/Fruita Great views surrounding and Lunch Loops bike trails a half mile away.

Relaxing desert hideaway

This property is very clean, quaint and comfortable during all seasons of the year. It is accessible to some of the best spots in town and yet set in a peaceful, more remote area. Always enjoyable !
