The house was very spacious and clean. The golf cart was wonderful for getting to the beach and a lot of fun to ride along the trails. It is minimally stocked, just the trash bag that’s already there and only two of the three bathrooms had toilet paper so just plan on needing those things. Also, no hairdryer or ironing board and there were only two coffee cups. The location, space and other amenities are great and we had an amazing week.

We had an absolute blast at the Green Magnolia! The property manager was quick to respond to any questions that I had. And the location was so convenient within the neighborhood, close to the community pool and an easy walk to the beach. Looking forward to our next visit!

My husband, kids (teen-young adult aged), and I (plus our small pups) had a fantastic stay! Everything about the property was great—from the space in the house (separate MIL living space!) to the distance to the beach (10-12min walk)/pool area (5-7min walk). Some of the high points for us were the golf cart, fenced backyard with grill, and accessibility to the beach. One suggestion we have is to create a more comfortable place to sit in the living room area by the kitchen. The couch best fits 2 people (you can squeeze in 3). The arm chairs are pretty good, but at least one of us ended up with a dining table chair which isn’t very comfy. We made due or some of us went to the other living room area. All in all, we enjoyed ourselves and hope to come back again!

Great vacation spot right by the pool

This is a wonderful choice for a beach vacation. The house is at the end of a quiet street and the pool is nearly in the backyard. The garage was thoughtfully stocked with beach chairs, wagons, and bicycles, as well as a ping pong table. Our kids also loved having the golf cart to cruise around on. This house is a really great choice!

Amazing

The Green Magnolia was beyond perfect for our week stay with our family of nine. The location couldn't be more perfect to watch beautiful sunsets and walk to the pool. We enjoyed the golf cart immensely and used it every day to get to the beach boardwalks at the other section of Windmark. The beds were so comfortable and plenty of towels were provided. The kitchen was stocked wonderfully! One of the best beach house kitchens we've ever had! The rental company was one of the most responsive and helpful communicators I've ever dealt with. The level of communication It was overall fantastic and we cannot wait to come back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The Green Magnolia was the perfect place to stay for our beach trip. There was plenty of room for our family of 8. The kids really enjoyed the bikes, ping pong table, and foosball table. The golf cart was also a wonderful addition to be able to ride around the neighborhood, to the pool, and access to the beach. We all really enjoyed the area of the “forgotten coast.” It was nice to be in such a quiet non commercialized beach area. The beaches were nice and not crowded at all. I would definitely stay here again! The owners were very responsive through text if we needed anything.

Great house!

The house was wonderful! So clean and so pretty. The manager was always very responsive to message and even let us check in about 30 minutes early since it was clean and ready. The listing states it has a washer and dryer but it was tiny! Held maybe 3 beach towels I expected a full size machine. Both king sized beds didn’t seem to have the bed frame attached to the headboard so it bumped on the wall every time you rolled over so it became annoying. I would have loved for the house to have a broom. It would have helped us keep the sand cleaned up easier. Only other issue was I expected it to be closer to the beach. We could rode the golf cart around the neighborhood and to the beach access but it was still a long walk to get to the beach. We booked this house thinking it would be easy for my mom to access and it wasn’t. We enjoyed our stay so much!

We had a wonderful time at Green Magnolia. There was plenty of room for the whole family. We enjoyed beach time and pool time. We had everything we needed! Would definitely enjoy visiting again!

Perfect house for 2 families with it having 2 living and kitchen areas. Easy walk to the beach. And it was great having a golf cart to carry beach items to the beach. And it included everything you need for the beach from chairs to umbrellas to toys. And my grandsons love the ping pong table. The house was very clean and the layout of the house was perfect!
