Amenities in cottage were what we needed. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was in good shape. Kitchen was well-appointed. Wi-Fi worked great. Access to beach was great.

Spent the weekdays enjoying the low key, non- commercial area of the pan handle. Beautiful beach, quiet, but not deserted. Good people, great food and a super place to stay. Equipped with all that you would need at the beach.

Great little cottage

Wonderful location. Walking distance to Shipwreck Raw bar, just a few steps from the beach. Perfect for a couple or small family.

The address shown in VRBO of the rental is several miles from the actual address of the rental property. On the map it shows beachfront property - it is close to the beach but across the highway a block away. The address listed should be accurate! Though it was generally clean, there was a hole in the bottom sheet, the rug in front of sink was dirty, the outdoor furniture is worn and soiled - not inviting at all to sit on. I have not stayed at an VRBO that has not provided at least a couple of laundry soap tablets and Keurig cups for coffee. There also needs to be directions for using the TV remotes - the one remote indicates DirectTV but there was not cable reception. Walking on the beach and view of the gulf were highlights of our stay.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying here. It had all we needed for a day at the beach with the wagon, chairs and umbrella and a short walk across the street. The beach was never crowded. Just a short drive to restaurants and shops and Panama City Beach less than an hour away.

Relaxing beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay at this cute little cottage. The location is great. Short walk to the beach. The cottage was very clean and comfortable. Barbara is a great host to work with.

Loved this cottage. It had everything we needed. My girls even noticed the little personal touches. We had plenty of room for all 4 of us. Loved the outdoor seating and the short walk to the beach. Only thing I would suggest is including pictures of the beach carts and accessories. We had a great week and would highly recommend this cottage. Owner was also quick to respond when I had questions prior to arrival

We had a great, relaxing stay at Mrs. Barbara’s place. Everything was as stated and shown in the pictures. Super cute 1 bedroom/1bath unit. We would definitely stay there again.

Beach Getaway

This is our 4th or 5th time staying in this beach cottage. We always bring our dogs with us and love that we are only 200 steps from the beach. Barbara is an awesome host and is quick and responsive. The place is always kept clean and is in a nice quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be returning over the years.

Fantastic beach stay!

This property was perfect for our beach weekend getaway with our dogs. Clean, nice space that was very comfortable. Right across from the beach with easy access. Hosts were wonderful and easy to work with. Can’t recommend enough!

Mental Health Getaway
