Backyard boasts private pool, fire pit, and BBQ pit so you can fully enjoy the outdoors with your family and pets.

Located in the wonderful neighborhood of Lavaca, one of the oldest areas in San Antonio! Many of the homes in this area are landmark structures of unique character. Walking & Biking is convenient throughout the neighborhood with lots of bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks. Its also 1.9 miles to downtown!

Pets:
We love hosting our furry friends. Pets are allowed up to 2 pets. There is a $50 pet fee per pet. If coming with 2 pets we will request the additional $50 after the booking is confirmed.

Booking Cancellations - If a guest decides to cancel within the cancelation deadline, guest will be refunded as outlined in the policy minus processing fees.
- Only the number of guests listed on the reservation are allowed at the property

- Smoking is not allowed inside the house; if smoking outdoors - we please request that you dispose of cigarettes properly. Do not put out cigarettes on the artificial turf. There is a cigarette butt can over by the Rubbermaid shed and dog waste station located in backyard. If cigarette butts are not picked up there will be a $60 cleanup fee charged after your stay.

Pet Requirements - Pets must be:
- Up-to-date on vaccinations required by state law
- Free of any communicable infections or any parasites such as fleas
- Clean and well groomed
- House-trained
- Obedient, well-socialized and with no history of biting, excessive barking, chasing or aggressive behavior

Pet Owner Responsibilities - Pet owners must agree to:
- Be 100% responsible for their pet’s behavior, well-being and hygiene at all times
- Clean up after their pet immediately any time the outdoor pet relief area is used or an accident occurs
- Ensure their pet is not left unattended for any periods of time at the property
- Not allow pets on furniture
- Be legally and financially responsible for any damage caused by their pet
- Prior to checking out of the property, cleanup after my pet to not leave behind a need for excessive cleaning

This is a very nicely renovated older home within 1.5 miles from downtown. This is not an apartment or townhome; this is a nice house with a large backyard with a pool. There is a driveway for off street parking that easily accommodated our Class B RV. All appliances are new. A little pricey, yeah, but well worth it. In short everything you need in a vacation home.

These hosts thought of everything! The house, pool and the backyard couldn’t have been more perfect. We conquered the mosquitoes with citronella candles. Will definitely stay again and I highly recommend.

Excellent spot for couples to relax and enjoy San Antonio.

Accommodation's were excellent. Coffee and laundry supplies were a nice touch. Showers are excellent and the pool was awesome on a 92 degree day. Very clean and organized. Would definitely stay here again.

Home is just as listed and a great stay. The home gets alot of natural light so i did not even have to turn on lights during the day, at night the backyard had string lights that were great to have while enjoying the backyard. The pool was great since it was a hot weekend when we were in town. We especially appreciated that the backyard was dog friendly. Down the street you will find an amazing Bagel food truck and a coffee shop right next door.

Great house

Had a great stay at this house. Owner has thought of everything and provided more than we ever expected. We loved having game night with the board games. Our kids enjoyed the pool. The location was great to everything. We would recommend this place to anyone traveling to San Antonio. Thank you!!

Lovely Home

My family and I truly enjoyed staying at this house. It had all of the amenities we needed. My grand daughter loved the pool. It is a very charming and welcoming home. It was very close to downtown, market square, Riverwalk, Rivercenter mall, and Alamo. The host was very attentive and quick responding.

San Antonio Family Extended Weekend

Rented w my family - 6 of us slept very comfortably here. It’s such a thoughtfully designed house. Updated Victorian with high ceilings and tall windows. There’s a big table for family dinners, a well appointed kitchen, 2 bedrooms (one king, one queen). and 2 fold out couches that were surprisingly very comfortable. The back yard is great for swimming, enjoying the sun, and grilling. Neighborhood is in walking distance to some cute coffee shops and a little further to the heart of King William. Other delights of SanAnyonio are a short car-ride away. All in all a fantastic stay.

Excellent spot for Final Four downtown San Antonio, TX

We were very pleased! Location was a great spot for walking to both River walk and to the Alamodome for the final four. It was a 20 minute walk for both and we enjoyed that! The house was super cute and very clean. Every thing was well organized in the house. The back yard was great and wish we had more time with warmer weather to really enjoy. Walking to the Alamodome was feasible with the help of police crossing under the interstate. If there is a big event there feel comfortable staying here. The neighborhood had some rough houses but we never felt like that was an issue. We would definitely stay here again!!

Clean and cozy

Went to visit family in college for a night. Also wanted to bring our family dog and enjoy staying in. So this place fit everything. We were so disappointed when the pool wasn’t full and not filtering. We filled the pool and it still didn’t work. Since it wasn’t filtering and water was just sitting we didn’t get to enjoy the pool, there was a lot of debris not being filtered out. Place was nice, clean, cozy and location was close to everything we needed. Just wish the pool was worked.
