Welcome to our cute, clean, quiet and convenient guest house! This one bed/one bath room has a private, separate entrance with access to a shared deck and screened porch. It is the perfect spot to rest after a GLA concert or exploring downtown Wilmington. Located 2.4 miles from historic Wilmington and 0.8 miles from scenic Greenfield Lake in Historic Sunset Park neighborhood. Amenities include coffee maker and coffee pods, reverse osmosis water, mini fridge, Wi-Fi, Roku TV, X-Box One, queen bed, 100% cotton sheets, bath products and big, fluffy towels. We can provide info on ILM and answer any questions, but we will leave you to enjoy your stay in private. Please note, this property is not suitable for children under 13. The shower is clean but small (one person). A/C and heating are through a window unit but temperatures are very comfortable. No inside smoking or vaping allowed. Street parking only.

Perfect Peace and Quiet

Property is tucked out of the way in a lovely, natural setting. We slept so well and enjoyed the comforts of home. We enjoyed the spa products and the magical, cozy atmosphere of the patio. Sweet dog on site looked after us as well. Highly recommend over any noisy hotel room any day!!!

A MUST STAY !!

Absolutely gorgeous!! The backyard is completely breath taking. Our stay was absolutely amazing!! It was the perfect weekend getaway for my husband and myself. Highly recommend, and will definitely stay again. Stacy is the sweetest host and very informative.

Pictures don’t do it justice!

This charming getaway was perfect for our girls trip. The pictures simply do not do it justice. Everything was clean and beautiful. We loved the outdoor areas and the privacy of the space. We will be back but we know we will stay for more than one night next time!

Truly a gem!

We enjoyed our stay very much! We were in town for a concert at Greenfield Amphitheater so the location was perfect! We drove because of the heat, but it's within walking distance. The host was wonderful-- great communication and hospitality. We loved the space. Perfect size! I want to return when it's cooler so we can enjoy the deck under the lights!
