Waterway View Studio 2 w/ Pool near Wrightsville Beach

Cozy, updated studio with intracoastal waterway views and free parking. Awesome location across the street from great restaurants like Bridge Tender, Fish House Grill, Dockside, Bluewater, Brasserie and many more. It is only a mile to the beach. Unit has kitchenette with mini fridge, microwave, hot plate burner, toaster, and coffee maker. Fully stocked with linens, kitchenware, coffee and tea.
Pool area has tables, umbrellas, and lounge chairs for hanging out and an outdoor shower for rinsing off after the beach.
Self check in is provided with keypad entry and private entrance. The Studio is on the 2nd floor with both Stair and Elevator option. Community pool, ice machine, drink vending machine, office with local brochures on site.

Great location & amenities

Location was perfect. Amenities just what I needed. Just could use a place to hang clothing on hangers and a couple hooks inside shower/tub area for suits to drip dry. Over a great place and hope to be back soon, thank you!

A perfect location with a gracious host

We went down to the beach to celebrate a 50th birthday party. Originally it was going to be me and my husband but he was unable to go and it was me and my daughter. I found out just days before that our event was at 2, I was thinking evening. The host allowed us to check in at 1. Thank you so much! Very clean, affordable, in walking distance of a lot. I am already planning a next get away to this gem!

Property was clean, convenient and comfortable. About a 1.5 mile walk to Wrightsville Beach and happily pet friendly, as we brought our ferret with us.

Nice, Clean, Convenient to Beach

Very tidy, clean & well decorated. Had ample supplies and lush towels. Great communication and all needs were met. Priced fairly. Nice that snacks were offered as well.

Cute unit, Good location

The unit is cute and clean and well stocked with towels, kitchen items and toiletries. The location is right at the bridge before you cross over to the beach, so it’s very easy to get to the beach. There was work being done on the property with the pool and some drilling in the unit next to us but it wasn’t really an issue. I would stay here again for sure!

Perfect Location!

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in the cozy studio apartment that is close to Wrightsville Beach and lots of excellent restaurants, shops, and activities. The apartment was super clean, cozy, well equipped and nicely decorated. The host was extremely kind, helpful, and responsive. I would highly recommend and hope to be back for another visit. Thank you!

Perfect for Couples

This studio was in a perfect location and was so cute. We loved the ocean/beach theme. Our host was extremely responsive and helped us with everything along the way. If we ever find ourselves in Wilmington again, we will absolutely stay here.

Relaxing

We enjoyed our stay. We walked around to local restaurants and over to the pier to see some boats. We cooked breakfast on the cook top. The bed was comfortable and we had room to move around.
