This condo is comfortable, clean and charming. It is in a great area with tons of restaurants and coffee shops. The communication with the host was excellent. We are already planning our next visit!

Such a great place to stay in an amazing location! 10/10 recommend staying here! Host was great and even had the place ready a few hours early for us! They had everything you needed for your stay! Can’t wait to stay here again!

Loved the spot! The only thing that kept a few of these from 5 Stars was the stairs! Oof! Rough on my old knees. But, cool spot, close to everything and great eats right downstairs. Host was great!

Amazingly convenient to everything downtown and the river walk. We loved the space as well as the proximity to things. The host was also very helpful and super nice to work with. We would totally stay again.

She’ll island suite is the perfect spot downtown. Less than a 5 min walk from a ton of restaurants, bars and coffee shops. Couldn’t have asked for a better location for a quick trip to Wilmington. As a solo traveler I felt very safe in the area as well. Joel was super responsive and communicative, which I appreciated! Don’t hesitate to book!

Great place to stay! Responsive host. Close to the riverwalk. We had a hard time finding it because we arrived after dark and the photo in the description is of the place across the street. It would be so easy to find knowing it is right above Tarantelli's restaurant.

My stay at this condo was perfect! It was exactly as pictured and listed. Easy walk to restaurants and shops. Parking was so convenient and plenty of it. The host was very accommodating and responded quickly. At night it was very active with night clubs and bars, so it was loud outside. But inside you couldn’t hear much but the bass. I put white noise on from my phone and slept like a baby. Would definitely stay here again!!

The place was a bit small, but definitely enough space for 2 people. The location was amazing! Perfectly situated downtown within walking distance of everything. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions I had. The only negative was the bed frame was squeaky. Every time I tossed or turned it squeaked. However, the mattress was very comfortable. Overall, the place was great. I would definitely stay there again.
