Located 10 min from BQN Airport, 5 min walk to Peña Blanca beach and a 10 min drive to Crash Boat beach. For all of you looking to take a family vacation. 5 min walk to pressure point, 10 min drive to Wilderness and a 10 min drive to Surfers beach. Also located next Calle 107 with multiple restaurants, grocery store, pharmacy and gas station. Not to mention amazing sunset into the ocean. Note: there are dogs cats and roosters noises. It is PR!
Enjoyed our stay (2 nights) at this home just a 5 minute walk from Pena Blanca beach. Home was very clean, and appeared to be in the process of being remodeled, all the areas open to guests were complete. The bathrooms were recently re-finished and had nice tile and new fixtures. Every room had A/C, it was very comfortable for our family of 6. Only downside was there was no glass in the windows, only shutters, so there was a lot of noise from the neighbors kids, dogs, and chickens. (5:00 a.m. wakeup call from the rooster every day. and dogs barking past 11:00 at night). Overall good experiened and we enjoyed our stay.

Not as described
While the house itself was nice enough, the overall experience was anything but relaxing or as expected from the description. Playuela horse rides and Peña Blanca were both a short walk from the location. However, the beach was not a safe spot for swimming or exploring during our stay due to dangerous waves. Crash Boat was much longer than a five minute drive. The home is located in a neighborhood in a rural area with no stores, or restaurants within a safe walking distance. Unless you are a T-Mobile customer, there is little to no cell service. The Wifi was unreliable in the home. There is no glass in any of the windows, only blinds, allowing all of the commotion from the dogs and loud children next door, cars on the street and the guinea hens, chickens and roosters out back to flow in at ALL hours. Bugs were found crawling through the cabinets and in the bowls and dishes. Our family left after two sleepless nights to move on to a more peaceful setting.
