Famiky Beach vacation

My wife and our 3 children had a wonderful stay at this villa. The gated community was quiet and safe. The beach was beautiful and just a few steps from the house. It is a rocky beach but we found some swimmabale spots that the kids enjoyed. Plus the villa is very close to other Rincon area beaches that we explored. Description was accurate. The host was very responsive when we had a question about the AC. We would definitely stay here again!

Vacation

This property and beach is amazing. The house had everything you needed for your stay and beach trips. ( beach chairs, boogie boards, snorkeling stuff, coolers, beach towels). Close to markets, places to eat, etc and the host was great. Would definately stay here again.

Great Villa Close To The Beach

The property was clean and accommodated our family of seven. Each room had its own AC unit which was very welcoming after a long day in the sun. The beach right next to the property is beautiful. It is a little on the rocky side in the water. The washer was not usable do to mold. Overall great property.

Great place to take Rincon in

If you are someone who needs to stay connected, this may not be the spot for you. Internet signal struggles beyond the 1st floor and cell signal reception was weak (I use AT&T). That being said, it is a FANTASTIC place to disconnect. The house is comfortable. Kitchen is well appointed for those who want to eat in. Steps from a great beach. There was actually a small shipwreck that the kids had fun playing on. Location is private but just 10 min from city center. Renter was helpful and responsive. I would definitely recommend.

Great location!

Punta Del Mar is a great location! The condo was well stocked and super comfortable for the 6 of us. Hosts are readily accessible and provided precise instructions. Highly recommend this place.

Amazing and quiet rincon beach and surf complex

The beach has to be the nicest in puerto rico and the surfing was perfect. A more or less private surf spot. We will be back.

Fantastic Stsy

We enjoyed our stay. The house was perfect for our group. It was so nice the kids could run and play outside and the easy access to the beach was great. Puerto Rico is so beautiful! Chris was super easy to work and communicate with. We hope to return soon!

Great stay - as advertised

My group of 8 people- 2 parents and 6 college aged kids stayed for a week and we had a great time. The house had everything we needed - beach towels, chairs, an umbrella, boogie boards, tennis rackets - and the location was great. Off the beaten path, quiet, safe and so close to the beach. The house has AC which gave us much needed relief at times. The kitchen was very functional and we enjoyed many meals (and drinks thanks to the blender). I would recommend and I will return!

Family friendly beach front home

We had a wonderful week in the Punta Del Mar villa. Home as pictured, with a fully equipped kitchen if you eat in as is our preference. Beach equipment was plentiful, chairs, towels, toys, cooler for use. The 3 story home was spacious enough for my family of 5, with 3 grown children to spread out and enjoy our week. The waves in Rincon are for surfing, and not ideal for young children, the community would be great for a family with young kids, as we watched newcomers welcomed into soccer games and bike riding, and the small tidal pool almost direct in front of the villa made a perfect swimming spot. The local families were welcoming and we were encouraged to join their New Years celebration. Lots to do locally in Rincon, especially for young adults, and great local restaurants and grocery shopping with easy directions supplied by Chris. We played tennis daily and enjoyed the wonderful pool. Tennis courts need updating (we heard that is on the agenda), and the villa is showing some signs of age, but was completely safe and functional. We flew directly into Aguadilla rather than San Juan, and the airport was a quick 30mns from the villa. Owner was very gracious about letting us enter early and offered to let us stay a few hours later than check out if we were able. Overall, a wonderful week.

Relaxing Stay!

Our family had a wonderful time at this lovely property...comfortable, spacious, and clean. Location is quiet and peaceful with everything we needed as well as close to town/market/restaurants. Communication with Chris was cordial and prompt. Very relaxing and refreshing stay!

Great beach vacation!

We had a terrific time at this place, very spacious and well appointed. The grounds are kept up beautifully and the beach is private so no one is on the beach. We didn’t hit the right time of year for waves so we’ll have to come back for surfing ne t time but overall a great place!

Great place

Beautiful beach with a natural pool just steps from the apartment. The place is comfortable, spacious, well maintained and clean. You can walk on the beach to Tamboo and not far from the town. Great communication with Chris. We would go back!

Most importantly, the house has spectacular, direct ocean views and is 100 steps from the sand. There is no need for a car to get to the beach.

It is also tastefully furnished and very comfortable. The location is in the middle of the project with two parking spaces included. Best of the rental units in Rincon and the Caribbean.

Punta del Mar is one of the most beautiful ocean-front settings. Beautiful trees line the fringe of the beach, so there is no need for umbrellas- Very private. There is also no noise pollution, as the property is a quarter mile from the main road and Rowdiness/late parties not allowed (strictly enforced) here due to community rules.
