Enjoy the east morning sun on our large spacious covered deck overlooking Lake San Souci. Hear the wind through the pines as you gaze at the Spokane mountains beyond. The Timber Frame style cabin is open, airy with a spacious kitchen island perfect for vacation time. Kick off your shoes and feel at home in this small home tucked back in the trees, in a quiet neighborhood.

We have wonderful neighbors and please respect their privacy and peace. Keeping this neighborhood quiet and peaceful is greatly appreciated and will be strictly enforced!

A close drive to Coeur d'Alene, Spirit Lake, Sandpoint, Silverwood, Lake Pend Orielle, and the Ponderay River.

The entire house is available, however the walk-out basement is currently unfinished. Laundry facilities are available at the unfinished basement level

Quiet neighborhood in a mountain forest. This is a very narrow lot. Enjoy yourself, but keep voices down on the deck and Please Respect our neighbors!

Smoking is allowed on the deck and outside.

Stoneridge Grill restaurant is within walking distance or a short drive away.
