Casa Bella Homes- your home away from home! Homey vibe, has own washer& dryer in the unit, ample space for free parking in front of the building, utilities included, free wifi, smart TV, gym & pool. Kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, baking, and dining. Coffee, tea, creamer, sugar, salt, pepper, and oil are available in the kitchen pantry. Starter kits are provided like toiletries, dishwashing, laundry, and cleaning supplies. Linen, towels, and blankets are provided for your comfort. Dimmable lights, USB charger with bedside touch lamp, and blackout curtains are provided for your convenience.

Walking distance or about 5 minutes drive to groceries, restaurants, business establishments, transit, lakes, highways. Located between Seattle & Tacoma areas.

It is only 6 minutes drive to Steel Lake Park, 8 minutes drive to Weyerhauser King County Aquatic Center, 12 minutes to Rhododendron Botanical Garden, 14 minutes to Wild Waves Water Park, 12 minutes to Dash Point State Park, 18 minutes to Redondo Beach, about 25 minutes drive to Ruston Way Waterfront Park, and 30 minutes to Point Defiance Zoo and Aquarium in Tacoma.

While Seattle Space Needle in downtown Seattle is about 35 minutes drive to North, the Mt. Rainier National Park is about 1.5 hr drive to the South.

Most stores/shops in Federal Way are just 5-10 minutes from the condo, but the Outlet Collection in Auburn is 15 minutes drive, while the Southcenter Mall in Tukwila is about 20 minutes away.

Quiet and Cozy

I was very impressed by the accuracy of the description of the unit. Everything was as it was supposed to be. It was well maintained and well thought out to ensure guests comfort. It was about 35 min from Seattle (no traffic) and 30 min from Tacoma, with lots of eateries and shopping nearby. The property manager was very responsive and very accommodating to my particular situation. There was a file folder with additional info pertaining to the property and local activities. Please make sure to read through it thoroughly as it proved to be very useful on my trip. If I return to the SEA-TAC area this is the place I will be staying at. I give a score of 11/10... Just be forewarned that there is no central air in this unit. That was not a deal breaker for me, but it did get really hot.
