Property manager was very communicable, house was clean and had a lot of kitchen amenities- more than we have ever had! Bathrooms were clean, loved having an area for the kids to hang out while the adults had a space too. Hot tub was perfect, view was spectacular. Local brewery and wineries were lovely. Would definitely come back to this house if we visit the area again!

Labor Day family weekend

The house has a beautiful lake view and is on a very quiet property. The kids loved the games in the basement and projector tv. Very convenient location to Hammondsport and a bunch of wineries.

Great location with a nice view of the lake

We enjoyed our stay at this location. It was conveniently located between Penn Yan and Hammondsport, with lots of options in between. The property is managed by a 3rd party company, so communication through VRBO doesn't work - you have to call them directly for any inquires. Additionally, the property seemed to have a lot of bees, which made hanging out on the deck a bit tricky. Otherwise, a great spot with lots of fun things to do on site.

Finger Lakes family vacation

We stayed for a few nights in June with our three kids (15, 12 and 4). The house was perfect, everyone had their own beds and the kids loved the games that were available. Overall, the house was very clean with the exception of the couch, it had a lot of dog hair/crumbs on the couch. We loved having a fire with s'mores every night and drinking coffee on the porch each morning. Very peaceful setting. It was a fair distance from the state parks that we were there to visit, but that was a lack of planning on our part. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, I would return for sure.

It’s great to hear the games were a hit with the kids and that everyone had space to relax. Great view!

Overall outstanding - especially the view. The house has a stunning view of Keuka Lake and is close to several excellent wineries and also close to Hammondsport. Had trouble figuring out how to adjust the thermostat and contacted property manager for assistance. There were a lot of dead yellow jackets/bees and we killed a few each day so the problem was manageable.

Good location with a nice view of the lake

Overall very nice - The house has a great view of Keuka Lake and is close to several excellent wineries and also close to Hammondsport. Very clean. Only had one issue. The drive is private and not owned by the renter. It had snowed and got stuck. Called maintenance and got me unstuck within an hour.

Qka

The house was very lovely and clean and the location was picture perfect. The snow was magical and there was holiday cheer in the air everywhere. We were very happy with our stay and recommend it highly. Our only complaint was the heat and some of the lights would shut off every night at mornings at 10. We didnt know and were freezing some nights. We had to replace the batteries in all the tv remotes. Otherwise perfect.

Clean and well maintained, for the most part. There was a little concern over the porch railing, but we weren’t raucous or anything- all adults, but that should probably be looked at. Also, the screen door on the sliding door didn’t operate, but we did alright without it. There is no bathroom upstairs, so the folks that stayed in that room had to walk to the main floor or the basement to use the bathroom. They had “load and run the dishwasher” on the list of things to do before we left, but there was no dishwasher. But, we just did the dishes by hand. The property is on septic, so the water pressure isn’t what I’m used to- I love a fire hose shower. And the floor of the shower was really slippery when soaping up. Just be aware. All of these things are just a heads-up, but not anything big. Overall, the house was clean, spacious and the hot tub was clean and comfortable for 4 people. We played games in the basement area, and the WiFi was good. The view was spectacular, and the elevated deck was more than enough room for our 6 adults. We spent most of our time out there. We were in town for a concert at the Point of the Bluff Vineyard, which is conveniently located right up the road from this rental. It was secluded and quiet, and had more than enough space for all of us. It was located close enough to Hammondsport to make that ride easily, and we did a lot of exploring. We had a wonderful visit and recommend this property if you need some room for your group. Very good
