Welcome to The Seaside Cottage, a custom home on the Monterey Peninsula.
The Seaside Cottage is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom entire home with a private fully gated backyard. The home was designed and thoughtfully remodeled by a local designer and artisans. We hope this home greets you with its warmth and craftsmanship.
* LIVING ROOM *
Enter through a cedar dutch door and consider leaving the top open to let in the coastal breeze. Walk into the living room on terra cotta floors- notice the antique ceiling beams, gas fireplace for ambiance & heat, Mario Bellini leather couch, large travertine coffee table, and French doors that lead to the backyard.
* THE BEDROOM *
Features a queen bed with fresh premium linens, a smart TV, and large walk-in closet.
* KITCHEN & DINING *
Fully equipped kitchen:
-custom walnut cabinets
-refrigerator drawers (extra fridge & freezer in laundry room
-dishwasher
-electric oven range w/microwave
-tea pot & coffee maker
-toaster

* THE BATHROOM *
Provides a large, clawfoot soaking tub (with shower) ideal for relaxation. Shampoo/conditioner/body and hand wash all provided.
* OUTDOOR PATIO & BACKYARD *
The backyard is the perfect setting for al fresco dining. The home provides an outdoor dining table, bbq, and chairs on the patio all while enjoying Seaside's dramatic and colorful sunsets. Off the back patio you'll find the laundry room equipped with full washer & dryer and all necessary amenities. As well as an additional fridge and freezer.
* DRIVEWAY & PARKING *
The home provides a private driveway for one vehicle and is located on a one way residential street with additional parking.
* PET FRIENDLY *
Well-behaved dogs are welcome with pre-approval and an additional $95 per pet fee, a subsequent fee will apply for each additional pet. No other types of pets or animals are authorized.
PET Policy: We kindly require, If left unattended inside the home, pets must be crated or left in the fully gated backyard.
Please abide by our pet rules and guidelines found in our House Rules and Short Term Vacation Rental Agreement to ensure the safety of your pets and our home.
* SHORT TERM VACATION RENTAL AGREEMENT *
By making this reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understand and will comply with all House Rules. This agreement is in effect from the moment your booking of the property is confirmed.
