The Vacation House is located east of Boca Cega Bay in a Quiet Residential Community This Spacious Mid Century Home is light and bright and features 2Bedrooms and 2 full baths, The Master with en-suite, Full Kitchen with indoor laundry and a nice private outdoor Pool/ Patio area.

This Home has a unique open light and Bright floor plan with unique terrazzo floors.
Rooms are Bright and Comfortable. The main bath with teal and black tiles
has a fun and retro feel &Master bedroom features a private Bathroom.
You can Feel the Ocean Breeze of the Gulf from the back yard Patio Pool Area.

The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. not to mention walkable to shopping, restraints and Maderia Beach!
