Make beautiful memories under the warm Oxnard sunshine! Peaceful moments can be spent on the harbor-view balcony, grilling, dining alfresco, and visiting with your favorite people. When you'd prefer to engage in some thrilling activity, hop on the provided kayaks or paddleboard. Life vests are also available for your loved ones.

Inside, kick up your feet and unwind under the vaulted ceilings. The living room's comfortable seating and large smart TV perfectly lend themselves to movie viewings. Steps from here, the fully equipped kitchen displays stainless steel appliances, a farmhouse sink, and plenty of meal prep space. A breakfast bar and formal dining table are available off this space.

The perfect spot for after-dinner entertainment, the family room is equipped with a work desk, large TV, wine fridge, and Ms. Pac-Man game. When you need a moment to yourself, the primary bedroom features its own private balcony - an idyllic spot to watch the daily sunrises and sunsets. Central air-conditioning, a private washer/dryer, and children's items like a Pack-N-Play and high chair tie together the home's brilliant amenities.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.
