The Space:
-Spacious 3 br, 1 ba in upstairs main house; Small studio, 1 ba downstairs
-Garden and outdoor dining in front yard; outdoor dining, grilling area, gym and sauna in back yard.
-The driveway fits 2 cars, and there is additional free street parking available.
-Large windows = tons of natural light;
-Weather stays pretty cool year round;

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire property and can use any of the amenities and appliances. Please only park on the FAR LEFT side of the driveway and pull all the way up to not block the neighbors; it is a shared double driveway situation.

The Neighborhood:
Our home is located close to lots of restaurants, bars, and shopping in downtown Ventura. 5-10 minute bike ride to the Ventura pier. All of the neighbors are old and very sensitive to loud noise and parties happening.

Getting Around:
You can park in the driveway and also on the street. There is plenty of parking. Walking and biking are great options for downtown Ventura as well.

Other Things to Note:
We do not allow parties or any events under any circumstances. No loud music or noise after 10pm.
