We had a fantastic stay at Jenna and Chris’s home. It was comfortable for our entire family. The kitchen was great and had everything we needed. We enjoyed the backyard and sitting on the deck with our poodle! So grateful for the beach chairs as we did not have room to pack our own. The location was convenient for our many outings!! We would definitely stay here again!

Clean and close to beaches. Kitchen is well equipped. Checking in was so easy. My kids loved the backyard with the hammock. We saw lots of bunnies and a turkey in the yard. We had a great time.

Every thing was perfect and easy to access. Nice large dog bed and yard for my golden retriever. Very comfortable living room /dining room ,outside grill for grilling swordfish.i booked this back in March for myself and 3 other family members. i would definitely recommend it and it is close to a small but lovely beach.I grew up on Cape Cod returned to have a celebration of life ceremony for my husband at a local venue.it was so nice to have a quiet comfortable and picturesque home to spend a few days to relax before returning to our new home in Kentucky

The property hosts were amazing and had great communication with us throughout our stay. The house was impeccably clean with all the necessary amenities. The gem of the house was the back yard and great patio with firepit. I would recommend this place and will consider staying here again!

Wonderful location and and space on the Cape

Excellent location equidistant from bay and ocean beaches. Quiet street and fantastic backyard to relax, have dinner on the deck.Plenty of room for family and friends. Very responsive host. Highest recommendation!

Amazing week on the cape!

Fantastic house, perfect location, incredibly well equipped - complete with bunnies in the backyard! Great communication from hosts too who were very understanding when we accidentally packed their beach umbrella upon leaving. We will be back!

Comfortable home

Other than having a little trouble entering the home at the beginning of the stay, the house was clean, comfortable and accessible to many areas. The owner Jenna was extremely efficient in getting back to me whenever I had a question or a problem. The backyard is beautiful and well kept.

Perfect rental for our family!

We had a great vacation! The house was perfect for our family. It was spotlessly clean and exactly as described. The neighborhood was great for walking our dogs and we were close to the beaches and restaurants. We would definitely stay here again!

Great 3 bedroom stay, short drive to beach

Great house on the cape. Two large bedrooms with another bunk room for kids. My wife and I loved the house and our week there. It’s a short drive (7-12 min) to several beaches. We also had our dog who loved the backyard, hammock, and the dog bed. Would recommend to anyone who wants to go to the cape!

Excellent Cape Cod Mini-vacation

Having rented a number of Vrbo properties, this one ranks among the best for the following reasons: - Jenna, the host, was quick to answer emails, texts, & voicemails. - This 3-br ranch is spacious and beautifully decorated. - Kitchen is fully equipped with extensive collection of dishes, glasses, silverware, and pot & pans. Outdoor grill is also available. - Lovely outdoor deck and separate fire pit were welcome additions. - Neighborhood was quiet during our stay. I highly recommend this mid-Cape property for your Cape Cod visit.

One of the best VRBO’s we’ve ever stayed in! From the second we walked in the door we were so pleased! The house feels spacious for a ranch. You enter into a bonus family room with a nice couch and TV. The slider opens onto a nice deck and tranquil backyard. Lots of birds, bunnies and we even saw a turkey! Private backyard that is nicely landscaped. Plenty of outdoor seating and a relaxing hammock. Both queen rooms are spacious. The twin room is the smallest but perfectly comfortable and the only bedroom with a TV. The bathroom isn’t large but has great water pressure in the shower and some storage under the sink. The main living room has a great sectional and TV. The entire house is nicely decorated and CLEAN! The towels and linens provided are good and on par with a mid range hotel. The laundry room with W/D and half bath was a bonus. We did not cook but literally everything you could need is provided. They even have a cupboard with spices, olive oil, etc. There are trash bags, dish soap, bath soap, toilet paper…I’ve never had a rental provide more than a sponge and a trash bag. The garage has beach chairs, beach umbrella, boogie boards, floats and yard games. My favorite part of the trip was playing yard games with my family and sitting around the gas fire pit. Many, many thoughtful touches. Lastly, can’t beat the location. 15 minutes to either bay beaches or the other side on the sound. Our favorite beach was Seagull Beach which was recommended by our amazing hosts.

Wonderful Stay on Cape Cod

This is a very nice property. It's clean and well maintained. It's located in a quiet residential neighborhood and centrally located. The owners are helpful and easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay here and would definitely stay again. If you are interested in more details, please keep reading.We stayed at this property in April 2025. Check-in was simple and the check-in instructions were provided to us about a week ahead of time. This is a modern home. It's very clean and in good repair. It's located in a small quiet neighborhood. There is almost no traffic. We felt safe walking our dog. The neighbors are friendly and you will often see them walking their dogs.The house is well appointed. The appliances work. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, pans, utensils and two coffee makers (a Keurig and a drip coffee maker). The heat works well. There is central A/C, but we didn't need to use it. There is plenty of hot water and a good shower. There are three bedrooms and room to sleep (at least) six people. The mattresses appear to be new. We only used one bed, and it was comfortable. There is extra bedding, and plenty of extra towels.This property is very centrally located and convenient to Rte 6, 6A and 28. There is a small shopping plaza a few minutes away with the usual stores (grocery, pharmacy, fast food, gas, etc). There is also easy access to a variety of restaurants. Hyannis, Sandwich, Chatham, Orleans, etc are each about 20 minutes away.
