📌 Damage Deposit Notice📌
As part of our guest verification process, our trusted partner Truvi will collect a 2% service fee based on a $500 damage deposit, which equals approximately $10.
💳 This is not a charge or a hold — (Truvi performs a pre-authorization, which is a temporary check to confirm your payment method has sufficient funds available).
🧾 The $10 service fee is non-refundable, unless the booking is canceled.
✅ If no damage is reported, the pre-authorization automatically expires after check-out with no impact on your balance.
🛡 Because this property is enrolled in a third-party damage protection program, all guest screening, ID verification, and damage resolution are managed directly through Truvi, ensuring a professional and seamless experience.
