Spectacular bayfront views on every level of this Broadkill Beach house. Relax in a home furnished and equipped with quality in mind accentuating comfort and clean lines.

The main living area has an open floor plan with living, dining and a kitchen all taking in the beautiful water views. Step out onto the deck or screened porch to catch the sunset at the end of the day. This floor also has a half bathroom.

The three bedrooms are all situated on the top floor. The primary bedroom has a queen bed and a private bathroom. The other two bedrooms share a full hallway bathroom.

Spend your day kayaking, sailing or swimming in the Delaware Bay.

Bike to the Nature Center or golf 5 mins away at Rookery South. Guests have use of 2 kayaks, 4 bikes and a new game room too!

All guests must supply their own sheets, towels and beach towels or OPT in for our linen rental package.

Pets are not permitted at this property.

Guests must choose to purchase a $70 Vacation Rental Damage Insurance policy covering $3,000.00 in accidental damage, or pay a refundable security deposit of $2,000.00. Policies of a lesser amount are not acceptable. This amount will not be reflected in the quote amount on VRBO.

We accept Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover Credit Cards (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee). We also accept E-Checks with no fees, as well as personal checks. Final payments are due 30 days prior to your check-in date. NOTE: Any payments within 30-days of arrival require to be in certified funds or by credit card (subject to a 2.75% Convenience Fee).
