LINENS/TOWELS NOT INCLUDED (packages available to rent upon request): A Tipsy Turtle is all you could want in this creek side home with a creek dock located on the north end of Pawleys Island. This home (Duplex) rents the UPSTAIRS ONLY: 4-bedroom/Sleeps 9 - includes: King, Queen, Queen, Bunk and Twin with 2 Full Baths.
Enjoy fishing, crabbing, kayaking and much more on the shared creek dock. Amazing 180-degree views of the creek from almost every room in the home. Deck and screened porch available for morning coffee and cocktails, and a large eat-in Breakfast room for all the family to gather. For the fisherman, there is a stationary and large floating dock, and less than a block to put your boat in. The shared dock is on one of the widest and deepest parts of the creek and also has water at low tide.
There is plenty of parking.
Recently refurbished. No Smoking. No Pets. Apartment on ground level may be occupied by owners or their guests. .
