Should you need storage for outdoor items, there's an outdoor storage closet along the sidewalk path as you're leaving the villa to head to the beach. The expansive living room, adorned with vaulted ceilings, features a cozy sofa and two occasional chairs, complemented by a smart TV. The dining area accommodates six guests with an additional four bar seats. The updated kitchen showcases fresh granite countertops, modern stainless steel appliances, and comes fully equipped for evenings when you prefer to stay in and prepare your meals. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a flat-screen TV, along with an en suite bathroom boasting a dual sink vanity, a jetted tub, and a spacious walk-in shower equipped with two shower heads.
