Lovely location

The apartment is spacious with lovely views from both balconies. Parking for a car in the underground garage was available and was very convenient. The advertised oven no longer exists but we managed without. The apartments electrics were somewhat dodgy with loose sockets and one hanging out from the wall, not very child friendly! Access to the pool and the beach was great although the pool rules are somewhat petty. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come again.

We had an excellent time there!

We were a group of 5 people and stayed there for a week in February 2015. The place was exactly what the description said - 3 nice bedrooms, 2 big and comfortable baths, big and fully equipped kitchen and large living room, which we almost never used because of the 2 fantastic balconies with oceanwiev. Indeed the bungalow was clean and well maintained and the customer service was excellent. Having a garage (20 stairs away) really helped us feel safe about the rent-a-car. The location is perfect - on the promenade that goes next to the ocean. It is 5 minutes away from a very nice beach, 3 minutes from 24/7 Supermarket, 3 minutes from a complex with good restaurants that are not expensive. Also it is very close to a big shopping center. Best bars and discos (near Las Veronicas) are 15 minutes walk along the promenade away. In my opinion a group 8 people can feel pretty comfortable in the bungalow and we already recommended the place to friends and relatives. We would love to come visit you again Slava and Katya! best Angel

Wonderful

We stayed for 4 nights at the property. It is ideally located for the all beaches restaurants and bars. The bungalow has 2 floors with balconies on both levels. It was spacious clean tidy albeit a little tired decor none of which prevented us all from enjoying our time. The owners are friendly and accommodating which we really appreciated.

Nice property, excellent location, shame about all the pool rules!

Returned from 12 day stay in the apartment on 7/8/17. The apartment was very nicely presented and in a superb location, stas met us outside the complex and showed us around, and was very helpful. The views from the balconies were great, although quite noisy at times due to the parrots that are kept in the building that can be seen towards the sea, the beds also creaked. The apartment was very close to the pool which was ideal first thing in the morning as the sunbeds were locked every evening and not unlocked until 10.00 am the following morning. As there were six of us staying in the apartment we had to ensure. At least two of us were sat by the sunbeds by 8:45am every morning in order to ensure we had enough beds when they were unlocked at 10.00 am and the daily bun fight for beds occurred. Another thing to be aware of is that if you want an umbrella you can hire one from the lifeguard for 1 euro 80 cents a day, however beware if you think of buying one to use. We decided to buy an umbrella from a local shop to save money, only to be told by the lifeguard that as our umbrella was not just blue and white, it was offensive to the hotel and community and we were not allowed to use it at the pool. As you can imagine this was very annoying as we were not told about this rule so we made a complaint to the hotel reception only to be handed a piece of paper with the so called rules we should have been made aware of. Basically they didn't want to know and said that was the rule. A day or two later we noticed laminated A4 pieces of paper taped to the entrances to the pool confirming only blu or blue and white umbrellas could be used at the pool. Oh yes and don't bother buying inflatables for the pool as you will not be allowed to use them in the pools. Ball games were only allowed in the baby pool, which seemed a little strange as this pool was designed for the toddlers. On a more positive note the resort was really nice, the beaches were just a few minutes walk away down some steps buy some shops and restaurants. The San Eugenio shopping centre at the top of the hill was really good and hosted a fantastic supermarket in the basement. The best places to eat we found were the Atlantis BBQ bar on the way down to the beach and Scotch Corner near the roundabout by the San Eugenio shopping centre. For a great night out you should also visit the Hard Rock Cafe in playa de las Americas and the Siam Water Park is a must for adrenaline junkies.

Lovely apartment with great location and sea view with two large balconies . We sat on the balcony every morning and evening, view was beautiful , we enjoyed it all the time. We had a little misunderstanding with car parking but all resolved immediately -many thanks to Katya. We would love to come visit you again!

Beautiful accommodation

We just got back Friday 25th Nov 2016. Thoroughly impressed and pleased with the accommodation. It has everything it says in the advert. Loved it. Ps we prearranged airport transport along with the accommodation. Worked like a dream!!!! Thanks for a lovely holiday.

Comfortable and good location

Very comfortable and a good location, we have stayed at club Atlantis before and it is a well maintained complex, there was some initial confusion on booking but this was rectified with a quick response from the owner, we were met by Katia and her husband who were waiting even though our flight was early, a very friendly and helpful couple, the property was as described with very comfortable beds good uk tv reception and wi fi, very well equipped with a home from home feel. Good views from the top floor balcony with super sun beds and sun all day, my only criticism was the bits of old dried and plastic flowers and half full jars with goodness knows what in the kitchen, I understand that the owner has not had the property long and I hope that he has a clear out of all the junk that is about , having had that moan we would be happy to book again and recommend it to friends and family, thanks to Katia for your kindness.

The Tenerife region
Tenerife is the land of eternal sunshine, with annual average temperatures ranging from 72F in Winter to 85F in Summer, which also makes Tenerife ideal for those out of season breaks as well as the more traditional holiday periods. This is definitely the island that has something to offer for everyone, no matter what your interests might be! Tenerife has a wide choice of holiday attractions, sports and nightlife. It has varied and spectacular scenery, from lush banana plantations and pine forests to cinder deserts and cactus ravines - here you can travel from the subtropical temperatures to the snowline in less than 2 hours. There are several animal and ecology parks, two water parks for the fun-lovers, go kart tracks, a quad biking park, scuba diving, para gliding and much more for those of you looking for some adventure. On the other hand, you can just relax on the numerous beaches, pamper yourself with local spa facilities, or take in the beautiful scenery the island has to offer. There are boat trips to see the marine attractions, and jeep or coach trips to discover the many places of interest on land.
Playa de Las Americas
San Eugenio is another off-shot of big brother Playa de las Americas. You're ideally placed here for excellent beaches, and just a short walk from Puerto Colon harbour and numerous diving and pleasure boat trips. The pace is definitely slower here than in the heart of Playa de las Americas, and is a self contained resort with all you could need for a relaxing beach holiday. You won't be short of watersports choice, you've everything here from pedaloes to banana boat rides to jet skis and scuba diving. Nearby beaches in this area are all ideal for families, with excellent amenities close at hand. Access to the motorway is easy from here for those wishing to travel the island exploring. The new Siam Park has just opened and is within walking distance, and is said to be an Oriental adventure, not to be missed.
