Our home is located in Savannah Lakes Village, with access to-
-2 Lakefront Golf Courses : Monticello and Tara
Monticello is a nationally renowned course. Golf Digest rated it one of the Top Ten New Courses in 2001

-Rec Center with Indoor/Outdoor Pools, fitness center, bowling, tennis and pickleball. *Small daily fee for guest passes*
-Launch areas and Several Marinas to rent or bring your own boat.

Take a break and unwind in this peaceful lakefront home.
Featuring two spacious well stocked indoor and outdoor kitchens. Outdoor gas grill and fire pit
Master Suite has a king bed, large walk in closet and a no step walk in shower. Large screen tv
2nd bedroom on-suite has a queen bed connected to full bathroom with tub shower. Has smart tv
3rd bedroom is an office with queen size Murphy bed. The office has a desk with dual monitors and printer.
Also, queen size mattress available
Beautiful living room and connecting spacious screened in porch overlooking Lake Thurmond. Both living room and patio have smart tvs.
