Welcome to Hillside Haven! Located in the resort community of Tahoe Donner, this 3 bedroom, 2 bath property is located on Hillside Dr. just a few minutes away from the Alder Creek Adventure Center.

Enter this bi-level home via the covered front steps. Journey up to the top floor, and you'll enter the main living space. Finished with high vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and a rustic hard wood floor, this property is convenient, well equipped, and comfortable. The great room offers a river rock framed wood stove, dining for 6, breakfast bar for 2, and a generous deck off the main living space. The master king bedroom is offered on the main floor, with entrances to the en suite bath from the bedroom and the hall. Grand vistas of the mountainside are visible from the deck and dining areas.

Downstairs two bedrooms are offered, a queen bedroom and bunk room with queen/twin bunk and additional twin bunk. A shared bath is equipped with a bathtub shower combo. Additional amenities include a laundry room and a large two car garage.

Tahoe Donner has exceptional year round amenities that are fun for the whole family! Enjoy a snow play area, private Donner Lake beach, kid's camps, fitness center and classes and a year round pool and spas, just a few minutes drive away from the home for a for a $20 all-access day pass (kids 6 and under are free). For an additional fee enjoy the beginner downhill ski area and the cross country Alder Creek Adventure Center, just 5 minutes away.
