The home is located in a very nice neighborhood, and the surrounding homes are well maintained. Unfortunately, this property could use some attention, particularly to the exterior. The kitchen was not as well stocked as we expected, and the mattresses on the twin beds were very firm. The home is older and had a noticeable mildew odor throughout our stay. The sunroom shown in the listing has been converted into a gym, which was a bit disappointing.Parking was somewhat challenging. There is really only enough room for one vehicle because the owner keeps a car parked near the back door, making access through that entrance difficult. In addition, a van was parked in front of the house every day, which made backing out of the driveway more difficult. There were several extension cords running throughout the house, which seemed unusual, and the ice maker was not working. Some of the furniture was also in need of repair. On a positive note, the host was very responsive and replied quickly to our messages during our stay.Overall, the home has potential due to its great location, but it would benefit from some maintenance, updated furnishings, and a few improvements to better match guest expectations.
