Vermillion Villa | A Desert Escape

Under the open clear skies of Southern Utah, between Zion National Park and the North Rim of the Grand Canyon is the dark sky community of Apple Valley - Vermillion Villa is a well-appointed, new home on the edge of civilization. This location is 20 minutes from downtown Hurricane UT and 45 min. to St George - and that's perfect for adventure. This is a quiet part of the Southwest on the Kaibab plateau with outdoor adventures on the agenda. Coral Pink Sand Dunes - 15 minutes. Toroweap Overlook (Grand Canyon) and Gooseberry Mesa for some of the best mountain biking in the area. Water Canyon - one of the best hikes outside of Zion National Park.

Room Configurations:

Primary Bedroom - King bed, private en suite bath and private TV. (Sleeps 1-2)

Guest Room - includes a queen-sized bed with a private TV. (Sleeps 1-2)

Bunk Room - 2 bunk beds. One has 2 twin sized beds and the other has a twin size bed on top and full sized on the bottom. (Sleeps 1-5)

There is an outlet for an EV charger, bring your own cord.

Fantastic Property!

Stayed here to do a multi-day visit to Zion National Park. The property was about 35-45 mins from the park, but the cost and value made it well worth the booking. I must say, the property was actually BETTER than described - which is saying something. We were very, very happy with the property, the communication, the check-in, etc. Would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you!!!

Retreat

We loved our stay at this property! It was a little further from Zion than we realized, but we LOVED it. It was a perfect retreat during a road trip of staying in hotels. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. Highly recommend this property!!

Apple Valley Paradise

This was our second time staying here. You will not find a nicer accommodation then this. Just an amazing home with everything you could ask for. And the location is perfect! Lots of great hiking and biking in the area. Zion National Park is just a short 45 min drive.

Wonderful stay without Car charger

For a brief summary, it was a beautiful home and had almost all the amenities. The biggest and only issue is that during the time, the listing stated that there will be a EV charger in the garage. At 10% battery, we realize that there is no EV charger in the home. Resulting in a long night of having to get a charge from a hotel, just enough to drive to get a fast charger 40 minutes away. We had planned our trip according with expectation that there was a EV charger on site. Other than this, it was a great stay.

Modern and Clean with a few issues that need addressing

The facility is new and modern and in a convenient location between Zion, Bryce and North Rim of Grand Canyon. The facility was clean upon our arrival but was plagued with bugs and spiders inside the house. The refrigerator icemaker did not work. The washing machine hoses were hooked up backwards. Near the end of our stay the public water system went dry and we had to leave and move to a motel. This added additional expsense to our trip. These are not complaints, just trying to do a factual and honest review of our stay of two weeks. In summary, the facility was very nice but needs these issues to be addressed.

Dispute

I’ve left vm messages, texted, got no response to the numerous malfunctions/situations @ this property. Even though notified I would submit a dispute claim on my credit card, I heard from no one. My sister received no call back either. Please give me the owner’s contact name snd info to work out detsils.

Utah Retreat

This property was perfect for our family to come back to every evening after a day out exploring. It was clean and offered all the comforts of home, having more than enough toiletries and kitchen supplies, even a cooler for day snacks/drinks. 10 out of 10!! We'd return in a heartbeat.

Zion and North Rim stay

House was beautiful. Stay was excellent except that hot water was not usable. Possibly because the water treatment system was not working.

Beautiful scenery!

This was the perfect, well equipped home to come back to in the evenings after exploring Zion, Coral Pink Sand Dunes and the North Rim of Grand Canyon. Great family vacation, there is so much to do in this area!
