Quiet hours 10pm-8am Notify host asap of a power outage. Power outage must be over 3 hours to receive refund for days unused of booking dates.

Best pool ever

Very clean place no perfume cover up smells it was just clean. Better pool area than almost any standard hotel I've ever seen was resort quality style amazing

Absolutely awsome

Well let me start with the pool was absolutely amazing and the fact that there was a swim spot for the little one was Awsome she had a blast my other two had tons of fun I love that my son who is always on his video games tried to live in the pool lol I loved the outdoor over hang with the grill cornhole and the tv and the jumbo jenga set then the inside the beds were very comfy and the showers were amazing 10/10 for sure I would recommend this house to everyone I loved my stay thank you for letting us have your house for the couple of days that we were there

Hidden paradise

We booked this awesome property for our family getaway. Kelly the host was more than helpful with anything and everything we needed. She gave us great recommendations for things to do and places to eat and DID NOT MISS! Everything was wonderful and delicious! The property is clean peaceful and perfect. The pool is obviously awesome and was even better in person. Kelly was always quick to respond with any questions we had. Check in and out instructions were a breeze. Everything we needed was provided from cooking ware to towels. This place is a hidden gem. It’s like a 5 star private resort with 5 star service given how the host was with anything we needed. 10 out 10 recommend and will definitely be staying here again. Once again thank you SO MUCH for having us. My family truly enjoyed it and are thankful!

Great Vacay Stay!

We had an awesome time at this luxurious vacation home in Floral City! The home is as advertised and the pool and outdoor space is amazing! Brad and Kelly are excellent hosts. We arrived during the tail end of a tropical storm and Brad and Kelly were right over getting the pool back in order. Kelly is very responsive and we couldn’t have asked for a better home to spend our family vacation!
