Welcome to the Hoff House Downtown! This home is the ultimate stay for a downtown and 4th avenue experience. You're in the heart of downtown and steps from 4th avenue. Museums, theatres, restaurants, bars, events--you name it and you're minutes away. You'll love the modern yet retro updates of the historic Hoff House, providing everything you need. The home provides sleeping for 3. There is parking in the back of the home, and a full kitchen. The home has 2 smart TVs, a bbq, patio and high speed internet. You'll have full access to the home--settle in and enjoy!

This home is in the heart of downtown. Foot traffic, vehicle noise, train noise and other city noise are common and expected.

Hidden Gem

This place is a hidden gem in heart of Tucson. The interior is well decorated and thought of and everything is so aesthetically pleasing. Loved the location as it's walking distance to downtown and 4th Ave. It's a very comfortable and cozy stay

Cozy little casa

This is the perfect little spot, extremely tidy, well-stocked, just around the corner from the SunLink, for a short ride to campus, and just a few minutes' walk to great downtown restaurants. This will definitely be our new go-to spot when visiting our UofA student.

My wife and I had a great visit. The Hoff house was a perfect location for walks to 4th street and Congress. Lots of great restaurants and shops. The house had free parking, very clean, coffee, patio, and the air conditioning worked great, which was needed since we hit record March weather. We kept the central air fan at night on to even out some train noise, so it did not bother us. Saturday night only was loud at a bar a block away with outdoor speakers, but it may have been a once a year street fair.

Adorable 50s Retro Cottage

Very attentive owners, quick responses to any questions. Shops and restaurants within a couple of blocks. Was glad to have our designated parking space, as parking in the downtown area is challenging. Very walkable neighborhood.

Great neighborhood close to Rialto and downtown!

This house is wonderful getaway and super close to downtown. House is cozy, clean and comfortable. It’s a 5 min walk to the Rialto and downtown. Coffee at Presta is only 1 min walk from your front door. Lots of restaurants and places to eat close by. Love the Ironhorse neighborhood.
