Thanksgiving with Sunshine

Amazing stay in Las Brisas! We were moved here due to a water problem in another unit in the complex, and we could not have been more comfortable. It was perfect for the rest of our stay.

This is a very nice updated condo. Perfect shaded balcony in the morning. Great for sipping coffee. The condo had nice touches, such as night lights, kleenex, books to read, and fully stocked kitchen. It was very clean. We would stay here again.

Family vacation

I absolutely love this condo. Beautifully decorated and fully stocked with more than you could need. We have stayed here a couple times now with our parents and grandparents. We even had to extend our stay this year due to circumstances and we were able to do this with ease. We will always choose Las Brisas when in this area

Fun, family time

The location could not have been better. Great for a week of relaxing on the beach or easily traveling to nearby attractions. Condo was large and there was plenty of room for 3 adults and 2 children. We had a wonderful time and would definitely return.

Madeira Beach Trip

Can’t beat the location of this condo - literally right on the beach, amazing views and steps to the ocean. This unit is large with 3 bedrooms which is great for kids. it does need a deep clean but overall no issues. Kitchen is fully stocked for use which is nice. We had a great time despite it being a little chilly!

Great stay!!

Las Brisas has a great view of Gulf. Lot you can do in walking distance. Our pool was closed due to repairs but the beach was just as good. Floors could be cleaned better, had to wear shoes otherwise feet were black. Overall great stay, we will back next year.

Perfect location

We absolutely loved the unit and location. Everything was perfect. We will definitely be back!! Favorite aspect was our balcony watching and listening to the ocean. Could be down to the beach in 2 minutes. Step out of the elevator and 15 steps and you are on the beach. The unit is very spacious and has everything you need. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation 2024

This is a beautiful location. Everything in the condo very nice. So many little things and extras from menus to local restaurants to extra beach towels. A very well stocked kitchen plenty or seating and comfort. I love it here and we would love to return again soon. This was a family vacation of 4 generation and all was very comfortable

Fun in Florida

Property was as stated. Pleasantly surprised that pots and pans were of high quality. Tons of bowls for storage which is always nice. Only one small issue of unclean toilet. My adult children did say that the full size beds were uncomfortable. Primary suite bed was fine. Primary bathroom shower head didnt have very good flow. Did have issue with elevator on first day but it was resolved quickly. All in all the condo was very good. I know others complained about dirty floors but it is difficult when the sand is always coming in. We qouod book again. Thanks for such a great stay.

What a wonderful condo! Our family of 5 really enjoyed our stay. We spent a ton of time on the balcony looking for dolphins and watching sunsets! We would definitely stay here again!

Location is great. Property not so much.

My thoughts are not meant to bash the rental unit, however it did not meet expectations in some important areas. The unit itself is fine. Great view, decent patio area, and is located near many things to do and see. The building itself and outside areas are tired at best. Huge ashtrays at the elevators in 2023? Within a few hours of our arrival having taken our shoes off at the door proved interesting. Those of us in bare feet and light socks saw black/dirty bottoms. The floors were filthy. In order to reach the Gulf facing patio one must manage to open and close a very large sliding glass door which is well past its expiration date. It is tough to open and impossible to close from the outside. The rollers are dead, need lubrication etc. and it makes a tremendous amount of noise, but so do the similar doors in proximity to our condo 406. Irritating at best. The kitchen is not what we as cooks would consider well or even properly stocked. Invest $100 in utensils not from the 1950's or garage sales. The elevator went out one day. The toilets randomly "burp" and need care to flush. Invest in new ceiling fans (old, tired), soft close toilet seats rather than the current thin plastic slammers. Very affordable ante's for renting. While the 4 of us enjoyed out time in Mad Beach area I would not choose to stay at this property again. Some may find my thoughts picky, but it is nowhere near a 4+ star property.

1st Trip to Madiera Beach

Overall we had a good time...The condo we stayed in was very nice and had plenty of seating both inside and on the balcony for all 8 of us. The beds wasn't very comfortable in our opinion but nothing sleeps as good as in your own bed. The water pressure in the showers wasn't very good either. Their is only 1 elevator at Las Brisas which was sometimes in convenient. Las Brisas also isn't gated which at 1st wasn't an issue but did become an issue because you have people coming in and parking in your parking spots.

Great stay!

This condo is well located on the beach and close to anything you could possibly need. It was comfortable for our large group, clean and well stocked, especially in the kitchen. Management staff was quick to answer any questions and provide help when needed. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again!

Perfect for 8 Friends on beach vacation!

The location of the condo is perfect. Beach right outside your door, plenty of comfortable chairs on lanai facing beach, adequate sleeping arrangements, well stocked kitchen, plenty of towels, and restaurants right across the street!
