Stay

Property was good, everything worked. Coffee provided was nice. Improvement opportunities are in responding to requests (never got one when I asked for additional wash clothes), and more toiletries (almost ran out of TP, had to conserve it at the end, not good) and tissues were not provided.

Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear you enjoyed the property and the provided coffee. We sincerely apologize for the missed request for additional washcloths and the shortage of toiletries. Ensuring our guests have everything they need is a top priority, and we’ll be reviewing our stocking and communication processes to prevent this in the future. Property cancelled on us

This property looks great but apparently there were electrical issues and we did not have the opportunity to stay there. We will try next year when we visit Mayo Clinic. The management company did not inform us until I contacted them for check-in instructions. VRBO was very helpful in getting us booked through Expedia.

Its a rental.

The initial check it instruction took a minute to execute but repeated entry was very easy. The complex is gated and feels safe. The pool area is nice, people were friendly. Its not mentioned in the listing but this unit is not in the main building but the one to the left. The pool and other amenities were a short walk. The Host responded quickly to questions through vrbo messages. This unit did not have a Balcony, Deck, Patio, outdoor furniture or Fireplace, as stated in the listing. The Kitchen was a little lacking (1 dish towel), had to re-wash some of the glasses. There are a lot of restaurants and shops in the area, just not across the street. As the picture shows there is just the couch for relaxed sitting, no table to put drink on.
