Great for a short stay!

We loved that it was on the bay! It was more spacious then I was expecting and clean. We were unable to turn off the heat while there, which was odd that it was on. Heat was blowing out of the base heaters. It took us a day to figure out that it was on, and we were leaving the very next day. Each room has an AC unit which was great, as some liked it colder in their rooms then others. Overall, I would come again.

The place smelled bad. The floors were dusty. A.C. units were loud. The stovetop didn't work. Too far from the beach. Not recommended.

It was definitely rough being up on third floor with no elevator. I would stay again but not on third floor. Also, all Linens should be washed in between regardless if purchase linen pkg especially since still have Covid. Our bed the orange one didn’t have comforter on bed on arrival but that was ok because we all brought our own.. our stay was awesome everyone friendly, got to visit my father in law and family. Thanks for the stay!

It was okat

There was sand everywhere and in the beds, the ac units worked but it was so humid in there everything felt wet, and cable tv was just live tv channels, not cable. There also was no real hot water.

Old apartment

The apartment was old and smells mold. They didn’t provide towels and sheets not even the soap! In the welcome letter they had been mentioned that the linen package was rejected during booking process, however it was never asked. The AC system was old and noisy. The provided parking spot was only one, although the max occupancy was 9 people!

Clean it wasnt

The place looked nice but was wilthy. After spending close to 8 hours to get there I expected a clean condo to relax in but that wasnt the case, my family and I spent the next 3 hours cleaning! There was someones flipflops under the table, coloring sheets under and behind the couch,sand in the beds and on the floors,grease on the stove and throughout the kitchen, black dirt and dust on the ceiling fan,and several other disgusting findings. I tried several times to contact a manager and never in 8 days was able to get a manager. All employees would say is theres noone here right now. Not a good way to run a business.

Excellent stay!

The entire trip was excellent. Close proximity to the beach, restaurant and souvenir shops. Will definitely check this property again next year if its still available.

Perfect!

A bunch of adults went to OC for the weekend and absolutely LOVED this place! Furnishings were lovely, decor was beachy but not overkill. Having a storm door at the entrance then opening the sliders created such a wonderful cross breeze. The building is on a quiet cul-de-sac so the only traffic you'll see are those who should be there. But it's close to Coastal Hwy so you're back in the action in no time. Grocery store, coffee shop, restaurants, all within walking distance. Not sure why some reviews were so bad. This place is definitely worth visiting again. Wait. No, you won't like it. Don't go. That'll leave our group more time to go back!

Not what I expected

The place was a bit smaller than I thought and it was a far walk from the beach having to lug all of our beach items. If you are looking for an affordable place to stay for a few days, then this might be a good choice for you but it just didn't fit our needs.
