Located in Louisville's charming Crescent Hill neighborhood, this fully renovated historic home with it's newly constructed guest house has it all! Situated in the heart of the Louisville, Crescent Hill is home to some of Louisville's best restaurants, boutique shops, and beautiful parks all within walking distance! With 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms, and amenities such as a private courtyard Solo Stove, Grill, and Hot Tub - we invite you to enjoy the best of Louisville.
The main house (orginally built in 1900 - fully renovated in 2021) features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom. The guest house features 2 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom and a full kitchen and living room.

First floor of main house- Sizable Living Room, Spacious Dining Room, Gourmet- Eat-In Kitchen, Powder Room (Half Bath).
Second floor of main house- Primary Bedroom Suite with Ensuite Bathroom and Private Balcony, Guest Bedroom and Full Bathroom.
