Music Room Basement Apartment w/ Private Entrance

Relax in a nearly century old home with basement apartment with private keyless entrance. You are 2 minutes away from downtown shops and restaurants, MSU and Phelps Grove Park is only a block away. We are 5 minutes from Mercy Hospital & 10 min. from Cox South.
The space
Guests have own private entrance and private bath and kitchen. There are multiple musical instruments that you can play including a guitar, mandolin and ukulele. The room has large screen 50" smart LED TV. There is wifi, a microwave, full sized fridge and freezer, stove top and Keureg.
The bed is queen sized and features a memory foam mattress.
We do have two large Lab-mix dogs that are very loveable and friendly and they love to say hello!
The hosts do live above the basement apartment with two large dogs. It’s not soundproof and you will hear us walking and the dogs occasionally barking or walking around as well. We will do our best to not create any extra loud noises - especially at night.
Also - because it is a basement apartment, it does stay cool- temperature wise. The thermostat is upstairs in our living space but we are happy to adjust it if need be. We keep a high power space heater in then basement too in case you are chilly.

Parking is in our driveway outside the side entrance of the house on Holland Street.
Other things to note
Hosts are happy to provide info on local sights to see, nearly local restaurants and events. This is an older house and we are doing some remodeling projects inside and out- and are making improvements daily. We have the guest space cleaned professionally after each guest. Please let us know if there is an issue and we will take care of it immediately! You can call anytime if you need anything- and we will take care of it as soon as possible!
