Linwood Lane was great

We really enjoyed our stay at the home on Linwood Lane. It was very clean and furnished with nice features. We walked around the neighborhood and got to hear the sound of cicadas in all of the trees everywhere. We’ll definitely recommend the home to other people. A definite plus over a regular hotel room.

We've stayed here 3 times now, as it is convenient to our family reunions. Everything is very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked. The sunporch is our favorite spot to have morning coffee. The floors are squeaky, but hey, it's an old house (with charm).

Cute, clean house in quiet, established neighborhood

The house was just as pictured. Very clean, in a quiet area, close to all the things we needed. The beds were comfortable, and it was nice having a washer and dryer. The kitchen has most of the basics. We were very happy with our stay.

Springfield Cottage

Cute little cottage. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful Sunroom. Convenient to most of Springfield. Nicely appointed kitchen. A few minor things . . . toaster didn't work, and the shower head was installed very low. Otherwise, a very pleasant stay.

Adorable place for a sisters' retreat.

This gem has two huge bedrooms, each with a king-sized bed. My sister and I have come here twice now to do crafts over spring break, dine out, shop, etc. It's a great location in a sedate neighborhood with mature trees. We love it!

Springfield MO Stay

This is a well maintained older home in a quiet neighborhood. Easy access to main roads in town and 5 minutes from Bass Pro store and museums. Can get to highways etc for 45 minute drive to Branson. Would recommend for anyone going to stay in Springfield.

Charming Home

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The home is very clean and charming. The beds are super comfortable. This home is only two bedroom but there is lots of kitchen and living space, ascreened in porch and a basement. The host really thought of everything…there was plenty of extras, like dishwasher soap, toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, etc. The location was great, quiet neighborhood but also walking distance to a park.

Fantastic and Easy

We were in town for the week for a National Basketball tournament and this place was perfect for our family. We enjoyed the bright and airy space with plenty of space for two adults and two teenage boys. Location was great for our needs and the Simple pizza joint down the street was so good!

Very pleased with the accommodations. Basement was a nice piece of mind in case of severe weather. Charming older house, no bathroom fan but the dogwoods were in bloom:)

Outside appearance

From the mail box the weeds and poison oak in the rough yard then the awning!!! All turned my stomach before I got inside. Remodel was nice but no tv in bedroom. Floors cracked and popped. No water pressure in the bathroom sink. I would rather stayed in hotel. The smell of the house was the smell of old house with age, I have asthma and it was hard for me to breathe. We wanted to go outside on the deck but the yard had not been cut. We can home one day early. Would not rent this place again.
