Rare and exclusive Lake side home at Lake Whitingham. Lake Whitingham is an undeveloped lake with very few homes visible from the shore. Walk to the semi private beach from the home. Minutes from Town of Wilmington and Skiing at Mt Snow or the Hermitage club. please inquire about combining this home with the carriage house for groups up to 12.

-Primary renter must be 30 and over and will be required to sign a rental agreement with photo ID.

- 4X4 or AWD is required in the Winter Months

*- A preauthorization charge of $500 will be placed on your CC in leu of a refundable security deposit just prior to checkout. This charge will be released no later than 5 days from your departure.

Great house, beautiful interior, clean and comfortable. Stayed here during the winter so probably slightly different experience versus summer :) You most certainly need the right vehicle during winter to get to the house. Would love to stay here during summer as well, the view of the lake is amazing. Surrounded by nature, quiet and serene. Communication with the host is great. We left behind an expensive item and the host handled it like a pro. Thank you so much. And we would love to stay here again.

Excellent property with high end finishes and furnishings. Great lake views, walk to the beach and shoreline could be tricky in wet conditions for older renters. Very clean and organized with all the necessary items in the kitchen. The only thing I would call out as missing was wood for the firepit.

Beautiful and quiet location. Management response from a question we had was very prompt. Good to have a high clearance vehicle for road and drive way. Highly recomend.

Ski trip to Mt Snow

This home is spectacular, built on a hillside overlooking a pond. Very tastefully built into the landscape. Inside was very well appointed and plenty of room for our family. Three bathrooms was a big plusCould have spent the entire day lookjng out the windows

Best Anniversary Ever

This was an absolute gem! The house was emaculate and recently updated. From the wifi, to the appliances and beds, just wonderful. Plus the host was very communicative. I always feel that I never get what is shown in the pictures or in the descriptions but this was exactly as advertised. If not better! Definitely will be renting again!
