I liked this unit because it's on the ground floor, but off to the far side which adds some additional privacy and seems to be a little quieter than the other units in this building.

Excellent location

Stay was great! Only exception was the beds! To hard!! Bed in 2nd bdrm was squecky, small, and extremely hard. Furniture in that bdrm needs updated as drawers fell out when opened.

Birthday start

Adult daughter's birthday and the start of summer. Xlnt location so close to the sand and parking. Perfect accommodations for our party of 6 and we even had a grassy side yard. Very clean and well equipped. Would definitely choose it again.

Beautiful beach

The beach was beautiful. The chair service was great. The pool was very well maintained. The condo was great for kids. The condo slept 8 but was a bit crowded with our 6 kids. We spent most days outdoors so this wasn’t much of an issue. The condo has several TVs but we were unable to get the wifi working. Even so, I would recommend staying there. The location on the first floor was great. Easy in and out.

Kid friendly spot!

We had a great time! Easy access to the pool and beach! We had kids ages 5 and under and it was perfect walking distance. The grills were right around the corner from us too. The weather wasnt perfect but having the quick option of running from the pool to the condo was perfect! The kids room doesnt have a fan so it did get a little warm for them but only us parents noticed haha not so much the kids. Trash shoot was right down the hall which was perfect. I would highly recommend for families. We would stay again!

Amazing property

I’ll definitely be rebooking with Kimberley lang as the whole process couldn’t have been smoother. The property was exactly as described and surprisingly was well stocked with consumables such as paper towels and toilet paper unlike the one roll usually provided. My kids loved the separate bunk beds room and overall was just a wonderful experience.

Pretty good

We were given wrong codes two different times to access the gates to get to the pool, beach, outside restrooms. Thankfully someone working on property helped us out, but it was pretty annoying to be given the wrong information twice. Overall, our stay was good. The unit itself could use some TLC but you can’t beat the access to the beach! We loved the floor level unit with grass so the kids could play. Parking was very close and the trash chute is also close to the unit.

Great space. Quite for the evening.

Our family had a great time. We met 5 other families for our seniors to spend Spring Break together. Multiple units were rented in this complex. A wonderful time was had by all.

Family Beach Time

Just About perfection! All rooms spotless and roomy. Direct access to pool and beach more than made up for lack of direct view of the surf. Living room accommodated our family get togethers ( each family had their own condo space) but sharing evening meals in this LR was perfect. Only angst was with the total reliance on cyber ck in/out!

Okaloosa Island

The check in process was fine. Everything was via key pads and for the elderly this could be an issue. My sister had a difficult time remembering the code. One of the beds were held up with floor tiles due to the frame being broken. The beach was less about 1-2 minutes from the condo. The pool was clean and heated. The grandbaby enjoyed herself. Communication was excellent. Anytime I had a question, they were prompt in returning my calls even though it was Thanksgiving holiday. Overall, this property was amazing. We will definitely consider it upon our return.

Great location

This was a beautiful condo. Ground floor unit Around the corner from the pool. Very private. Although you cannot see the ocean we loved it. The sprinklers come on for about an hour and a half at 2:00pm and 9:30pm. Easy access to the parking lot The complex has a beautiful gazebo area and a outside cooking area as well. The pool is huge and heated in the colder months. We love staying here!

Okaloosa Island Fall break

Three generations of family together at the beach - can’t ask for a better week. Everything was perfect except the room location. We have stayed here several times in past, always on ground floor for easy in/out access to beach and pool for little ones. I had no idea there were any first floor patios that didn’t open directly to pool or beach access. There are 3 units - 101-103, that are facing the privacy fence to the west side. Very disappointed with it because of the grands, but my fault for assuming all units face south to gulf. Overall a great unit with wonderful communication and service. Will book again on south side!

Great condo!

We had a great time during our week stay. Plenty of space, fairly well stocked kitchen and an easy walk to the pool and beach! Management company checked on us several times to make sure we had everything we needed.

Great Vacation

The check in was easy and condo was close to the beach and pool. Very clean and I loved the openness of the kitchen. I would definitely stay here again.
