Escape to your own private oasis and bring your family to this modern 3 bedroom, 2 bath pool home in the friendly and beautiful town of North Port, FL. Enjoy an unforgettable vacation with your loved ones in this newly remodeled home. Tile floors throughout and granite countertops. New furnishings and modern Florida style design. Fully equipped kitchen, patio & lanai, 2 dining areas with a heated swimming pool (heat only available Dec.- April). We have pool floats for adults and kids. Bluetooth speakers you can connect in the patio/pool area. Coffee bar and sitting area, free wi-fi and a dedicated desk if you need to work. Smart TV’s in every room including very relaxing outside patio area. House is 20-30 minutes to many beaches. Beach chairs, beach tent, umbrella, cooler & sand sifter are available for all our guests. This is our favorite destination and 2nd place is a mile back. This home is spotless, welcoming, fully stocked with everything you could want, great pool and cage with amazing furniture and beds.

Wonderful stay

We loved our stay. Amazing attention to detail. We loved all of the amenities, the heated pool, blackstone grill, icemaker, etc everything was great. It was hard to leave.

Great experience...

We enjoyed our stay at this property...we had a family vacation right after the tropical storm. The location and the house were great. House was clean, and the host was very responsive to some of the issues that arosed during our stay. House is in a nice location pretty close to stores, restaurants and nearby beaches. We would definetly stay here in the future and do recommed the property...

Great vacation house

The property was beautiful and very accommodating. We mostly spent our time in th back porch in the pool. The pool was the perfect temp. They were really good at responding. They even allowed us to come in earlier in the day and that helped a lot. We will def be back!!

Pool Home with renovated Furniture

This house was exactly as described. Was very clean and well decorated inside - exceeded our expectations. Very comfortable home. Communication with Bryan was great! If I had to think of a negative, it would be the water pressure in the shower otherwise we were very happy we chose this house to stay in.

Perfection

Location is amazing, easy to get to, quiet neighborhood. Check in was smooth, simple.House was pristine clean, fully stocked with everything.House decor appeared as if just finished the day before.Pool with lanais looked brand new and amazing.Host was timely, accurate, helpful and flexible.We had a perfect vacation because of this property.Absolutely will book here again.

My wife Sharon and I were born and raised in Ohio and this house is not only an investment property but also our second home. We love southwest Florida! We have been coming to Florida for the last five years and this is one of the areas we love the most. We own a business in Ohio but also love to buy and fix up properties. We decided to buy a home here in 2023. We found this home and North Port and have completely renovated it and added almost all new furniture with a Florida vibe. We have made it home not just for us but anyone who comes and visits. We hope you will love it as much as we do.

The neighborhood is lovely. We have very friendly neighbors and it is very quiet here. We love to take walks and ride bikes in the neighborhood and love how close we are to everything. We are at the border of Port Charlotte and North Port so it is just a few minutes away from anything we need. Allegiant has very reasonable flights to Punta Gorda Airport which is 25 mins away. Ft. Meyers & Sarasota airports are 45 mins away.

Our home is completely updated with my wife's touch of class. She has made it feel very homey with an awesome Florida vibe. We love palm trees, water and the beach so you will get that all here. The outside pool area is surrounded by woods on a corner lot so it feels very private. We have an awesome patio area connected to the lanai and pool area with a table to dine or work and a cool tv area with patio furniture. It is shaded most of the day.
